Very good place for kids and adults, has weight room, a few staffs there all the time! My kids love it, training to do better in life, discipline, and most of all..self defense!! Classes are fun for the kids! And for adults, they pretty much train you on everything from Muay Thai kickboxing to ground-and-pound! Great staff and great place for working out. No judgment just good people.. Very clean place. Friendly and kind customers service. Open 24 hours 7 days a week. The machines and equipments are in very good condition.... more
