Very good place for kids and adults, has weight room, a few staffs there all the time! My kids love it, training to do better in life, discipline, and most of all..self defense!! Classes are fun for the kids! And for adults, they pretty much train you on everything from Muay Thai kickboxing to ground-and-pound! Awesome energy! Great training!. Zero Gravity Fitness is a great gym. I get trained there 3 times a week. I love it, I look forward to it every week. The guys there are so encouraging.... more
