I highly recommend this place for your fitness goals. The owner/trainers are very knowledgeable and use thoughtfully-planned exercise sequences to meet your goals in just 45 minutes a day. They pay attention to your form and execution so that you get the best result in less reps, and you learn the tools you need to do the exercises correctly at home, on vacation, etc. I was in the Club High Noon class for 3 months and am now in the morning/evening classes. This gym has a comfortable vibe with nobody yelling at you to do more reps, they actually want you to rest if your heart rate is very high or you feel lightheaded, and they don't play weird dub-step or EDM at intolerable volumes here. It's just relaxed and fun, and that makes it easy to come back several times a week. This may not be a large, fancy gym with a climbing wall, pool and sauna, or lots of fancy equipment, but the focus is on getting to your goals. You can't get onto a treadmill, put your earphones in, and zone out on the TV here; this is a place where whether you are taking a class or getting personal training, you are getting the attention you need to make results happen.
