Got a membership at 24 hour for a small amount of time. I was very specific that I did not want a 1 year contract as pricing was only $1 different a month with my employer discount. I should have double checked when the paper work was being done and that's on me. They ended up putting me on a 1 year contract regardless, when I called back to talk to the manager they just pawned off the problem to the 1800 number and avoided the problem. Would not recommend based on customer service.

Alot of reviews seem pretty bad with this place but I've been coming here since since my high school days back in 2012. The gym has had the same set up with minor changes along the years. Weights upstairs and cardio machines downstairs nice and simple layout things are pretty easy to find most of the time. Employees always greet me when walking in and ask if I need anything. I see that alot of other reviews saying that the staff is pretty rude but with the small staff they have there I'm pretty sure everyone is busy with their own tasks. The gym is a place to better yourself not have an hour long conversation just my two cents. Log in and workout. Alot of people have high expectations for this location but remember this gym is pretty small and can't have everything other locations offer. But other than that this is my go to gym I don't have any complaints. Kudos to the girl with the nose ring and the other man who helped me out today.

Not open 24 hours on the weekends. A decade plus ago they had drunk people coming in from the bars on Kentucky Street and the bars across the street messing things up. The one nice thing was the outside hot tub. Other than that this place is super dated and parking is horrific. I was a regular visitor from 2012 to 2018.

Reasonably priced fitness center in a great location. Parking can be a challenge so considerate alternate transportation. Kids Club has been closed for 6 months or more.

Good facility with most everything you would want in a place to work out. The parking can be a little difficult, but I like being able to work out and then do other things downtown. The biggest drawback, and this is why I left, is that the weight room is above the group classes. So all the while you are in class, weights are crashing down on you. They should have put the weight room downstairs and the classes up.

They offered us to go there as often as we like until we are home as we have been displaced by the fires. This is so kind! The facility is clean and big.

Fix the basketball net. Replace the old basketball, some players can't get the practice they want to when they have a really old ball. Make a check list for the ball so they don't lose it. The facility is great overall and a lot of great people go to this gym it's nice.

Nice location in downtown Petaluma, retrofitted within an old mill serving as a small mall of restaurants, services, and other businesses. Good parking within a wide radius. Pleasant atmosphere with adjoining river and other businesses within reasonable walking distance. 24 Hour Fitness offers more programs for prospective members that could accommodate your particular budget requirements.
