Don't be fooled by the size I never have to wait for use equipment. The staff is friendly and always remembers your name when you walk in. I've worked with their PT's Virginia and Debbie and both were helpful and gave me results! Can't recommend this location enough.
Visited from out of town and was impressed how helpful the staff was. Especially a young lady named Andrea. The facility was clean and not over crowded.
Good variety of machines and equipment. Haven't done a class yet but they look fun.
Great workout classes! The instructors have different ways of making the workouts easy to learn, comfortable and fun! The gym is clean, well equipped and it has a lot of parking spaces.

I go to the one in Compton because of the location convience. They need to actually clean the hot tub, more often instead of just dumping more chlorine in there. That mess ate up my bathing suit. Yes. I have an attitude. I spent $69 on that suit and thats the 2nd one. Also, the dope fiends come there at night and sometimes trash the locker rooms. UGH!!

For the amount of gyms the AV has to offer, 24-Hour Fitness really needs to step up their plans because $30 a month is ridiculous nowadays. On top of that $20 if you elect for the day care option when you're in the gym. The equipment when it breaks will be broken months and they don't bother fixing it if the fans go off at any point the smell is absolutely atrocious

Lots of parking, plenty of equiptment, open 24 hours, very affordable membership through CostCo, not as crowded as other gyms
I went around on a Saturday and it was pretty much dead. With only four lonely souls working out (now including the front desk worker.)
The gym was pretty much clean and there were no machines out of service.

I think over all it's just okay. I've been going to 24 hours for years but I think they don't make any great changes to workouts or schedules. Would love to see more classes more variety especially with all the new gyms popping up in Palmdale.
The worse part of this place is that if something breaks it takes forever before it is fixed.
But I like this facility. The staff always greet you when you enter, (probably company policy but still nice) there's lots of equipment to use and it has a warm friendlier atmosphere. I had to downgrade this to below average because I'm tired of the shortcomings. No toilet paper today. Often no paper towels to dry your hands. It takes them forever to fix things that break like urinals, water faucets, exercise equipment. After going months without fixing one piece of equipment they simply removed it. I also wish patrons wouldn't leave dirty paper towels around the equipment. But this 24 hr still has the edge over the larger but dirtier facility on Avenue K.
This place is the best in every way... nevermind the bird brain comments..it is great!
Decent gym. A lot of "tough guys" though. Guys slamming weights around, even though the rules on the walls clearly state not to throw weights...you'd think someone that works there would do their job and say something...but no, they are too busy apparently. No wonder there are constantly machines that are broken..."cool guys" slamming weights around and breaking equipment for the people that act like humans in there. Don't post rules if you are not going to ensure they are followed. The child care at this gym is 5 stars. Very good staff with the children.
Okay so lemme tell you guys a story. So, this gym is super small, yet, the egos of the men who go there is astronomical. But, they all train upper body, but once you see their legs and see them quarter squat, the disappointment is immense. I'm not saying don't come to this gym, but, this gym sucks dude. I'll pass.
Not the biggest gym but plenty of machines and equipment to serve many people. Small locker room, no pool or sauna, ample room for training classes.
