I went in to the gym on 2/2/2020 and spoke to a new manager by the name of Giselle. She was very rude, condescending, unprofessional, and treated me like I was not a loyal customer to the gym. I used to go to that gym often but I rarely go now because of the unprofessional treatment I received from Giselle.

Someone like her does not need to be a manager at a gym since she lacks basic courtesy, customer service, professionalism, manners, and respect for guest

This place has a very spacious changing room with a large sauna. The machines may be a little outdated but they are very well kept. I haven't run across any areas that needed cleaning either and it has a lack of smell you may otherwise find in many other gyms.

This gym is fairly clean. It also has all necessary free weights and machines.

Everything is great - clean facility an friendly staff. Except for the equipment! Needs to be upgraded or at least maintained better. Almost impossible to make adjustments to some machines, weight numbers are wearing off or illegible. Someone had a great suggestion to number the machines. This would make it so much easier for newbies to identify what machines they need to use.

I Love this gym and I love the classes even more. I joined about a year ago and I've only taken the classes and not even had to really work out on my own except for when I do cardio. The classes are really fun and the staff is very upbeat, friendly, and helpful. The locker rooms are super clean and I like to use the steam room a lot. I highly recommend this gym, the prices are not too high considering it's a higher end gym.

Old & dated equipment, machines constantly break down & take forever to fix, restrooms are pretty nasty, and cramped for space (Not May places to stretch). Front desk is usually always friendly, and a convenient location.

I like 24 hr fitness, because you can go late at night when it's less crowded.

To whom it may concern, Please stop calling my number if someone referred me than please tell me who it is. This is the 4th time I been called and I keep being told "we don't know" or " we don't have the name". I personally don't enjoy being called just to have my time wasted with these calls.

Small, but a good gym.

One of the rare gyms that has a heavy bag set up. For a Sport level gym, it's clean, spacious, and well equipped.

They've got plenty of workout equipment. Other locations have less workout equipment.

Great place for a basic 24 Hour Fitness. Has a lot of machines and the clientele are very nice. The showers are usually empty too which makes it almost a luxury to go in there. Would recommend if you're in the area and need to get a quick pump.

Gets the job done. Remodel definitely makes this place tolerable. They need to change their ceiling tiles!!!
