I got the Costco pass for 24 hour SPORTS. not knowing that my membership would be canceled if I got a membership at this super sport. it voided my 650 dollar 2 year membership. I just lost 650 dollars. I was sad the manager didnt care about my money and my loss. I cancelled my membership, but they're such a monopoly and convenient location from my house I bought another 2 year pass after a year because they have a good sauna and beating their competitors.

This particular 24 Fitness is my regular spot. It has plenty of machines open even during peak evening hours from 4-6, except sometimes the step machines. Friendly staff, pool sauna & steam. The sauna & steam are usually operational except when the rare time when they need servicing.

**THIS 19 HOUR FITNESS CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT**
I really, really wanted to dock this gym for cutting my workout short by an hour and a half but I just can't. A departure from the standard, it is by far the most well-managed 24 Hour Fitness I've hit up.
Staff is personable and clean up weights when clients don't have the sense to. Bathrooms and lockers are prestine and roomy. It also has everything a workout fanatic could want. Space, variety, orgazation and service are what gyms should strive for.
Go to this one. Just not late night. =)

The Orange 24 gym on Tustin ave is awful. It is so Dark and dingy , stay away.

Best time to go is early in the A.M. or late in the P.M. it can get really really busy so if you plan on attending a class space is limited, especially classes like Zumba can seem impossible no matter if you show up early or not lol

Best bang for your buck. 24 hrs a day and over 400 locations for $40 a month. If you are complaining about it then its cuz you aren't using it enough!

The company 24 hour fitness commits business rape on the daily. Their contracts are horrendous tragedies of business ethics. Never sign a contract with 24 hour fitness.

I love this location. It is pretty big and has a lot of machines so I never have to wait to ise something. It is really clean and well kept.

Lots of modern equipment, pool, jacuzzi, saunas steam room and friendly staff as well as locker rooms and towel services. Offers gx classes and kids club.

This gym has been pretty good to me over the time I have been going to it. At first I had been pretty hit and miss with showing up and developed pretty bad form from being lazy. Recently I got set up with a personal trainer for to get back into the swing of things doing it the right way.
Sarah has been a phenomenal help in the last month. With a physical therapy background she has helped correct my form while also giving advice on dealing with past injuries from motorcycle accidents. At first I was hesitant to take up a trainer, however, working with Sarah has immensely improved my experience here.
My only two complaints about this location have been the organization of the weights, and lack of service for music streaming. The gym it's self DOES have a WiFi service, however, when it is busy it simply does not have the bandwidth to keep up.
Over all I have enjoyed my experience at this location and will continue to. It does have its quirks, but at the end of the day it is great to see the smiling staff and get a workout done.

The pool is nice, but the weights are always a mess which to me is the most annoying. Organizing them once a week is not enough. Equipment is rarely cleaned. Reception is terrible since it's underground. Looks more like a Sport than a Super Sport. Try Yorba Linda or Fullerton off of Imperial those facilities are amazing.

For the love of humanity please fix your damn wifi. Its 50bux a month to go to this location. The place is in the mall basement so cell service doesnt work. I sure would like to listen to spotify while working out instead of the lame music blasting there. Its not that hard. 300 bucks will buy you 3 access points to cover the whole place and pay for some decent internet stop cheaping out on your members. I swear if theres like 15 people there i cant even play my spotify. FIX IT

I am hitting low because you NEED to do something about their online presence. This is not the only location with issues, and I will smack them all as I visit and find out.
I cannot tell you how annoying it is to be out, decide to go to the gym, pull up the locations on Google Maps, drive there and park under the big sign that says "24 Hour Fitness" walk in, punch in my phone number, scan my fingerprint, and the screen says "See Attendant" to be told "Sorry this is a 'Super Sport' location."
How about you actually list your locations on Google? Or it would still annoy me as I pull up, but on the outside of the building, rather than the embarrassment of being denied. Seriously, how hard would it be to have the Google listing appear as "24 Hour Fitness - Super Sport" or "24 Hour Fitness - Sport" or "Active" or "Ultra Sport"? So people know when planning to visit, you seem to do this just fine on Yelp.
I do not want or need your App on my phone. I would never think to use the app to find a location anyways, I am using Google to Navigate my day. Google knows everything... except the membership levels of your locations.

This has to be one of the most beautiful 24 hr fitness Super Sport , from having every amenity to being one of the cleanest club I've been too.
