I've been to so many herbalife clubs and I have to say it's really good here. Its 7 bucks right now for the whole nutrition but they give the full serving. Very clean. Very nice environment.... more
Raquel is rude and has horrible customer service. She thinks calling female customers sweetie is professional. The reality is she is being condescending and unprofessional. As a customer I have never been scolded by a business owner for using a Groupon.... more
Clean facility and their staffs were friendly. Good working machines and a very clean bathroom.. For the most part I enjoy working out at crunch fitness in Chino. It is frustrating when you come to the gym at 5am and it's not opened as scheduled.... more
Great place to workout, sometimes needs more equipment but overall a great place to workout.. Not reliable to open the gym at the time it needs to be open. Its not acceptable.... more
I love this place, the trainers are all very helpful and friendly and educated they have been helping me reach my goal of toning and getting fit and my son loves the gym now he didn't like going to the big box gyms but here he is reaching his goals now of becoming fit and actually sees results from going to the gym now.... more

No communication in advance about discharge of service. I have a physical disability, and I constantly need to be working out my upper body. I'm not mad though. It is what it is. I'll find elsewhere to go.... more
