man im just writing this review because Ive missed chest and leg day for almost 2 months :( see you soon hopefully
Air ducking always dirty. When toilets are clogged, staff too lazy to help out. They say they left a message with cleaning crew. If you look overweight and or obese, other members and some staff look at you with discuss and dont want to truely help. The handicap chairs wich assist people to enter and exit the pool or jacuzzi seldom have the battery needed to operate the chair. GLAD I LEFT!
I moved around the neighborhood not so log ago, I liked the atmosphere in there when I went last week.
Good customer service and their staffs were professional. Machines were maintained and the weights was organized. Clean bathrooms too.
Ok gym with great machines but they lock the water bottle refrigerators at night and the vending machines were broken. I dont pay money to a gym to not have access to water. I hope they fix this.
This 24 Hour Fitness location is great as well as popular! I have so many memories here from my high school days as well as law training. Having always been here during the late night hours this gym always had and still does have all of there equipment very well maintained. It's all in shape and safe. Locker and restroom areas are also very well maintained. Best of all the staff here are awesome! They're very respectful, professional, and more importantly they're motivational. They are definitely there to help you meet your fitness goals. If you desire a great local gym, here you go. Check it out and enjoy!
I have been a member of 24hr off & on for years, but I am not longer using them. They will charge you annual fees even tho you were told that there are none and they will continue charging you even tho the person cancelled already...fyi, you better check your bank stmts. The 24 hrs in Upland,CA and its associates look fat and dirty now, not in shape or clean., also their showers are dirty, their locker room are nasty..don't waste your money & time going to this gym on Foothill. That manager does not care, so the associates careless. *** Does the CEO Chris Roussos care about fixing the company problems??? ***
Joined a short time ago and so far so good. Had a great session with Alex. Not sure if they have any deals at the moment but if you get a chance come in and check it out. Good staff ... people hard at work!
This upland gym NEVER REPAIRS IT'S EQUIPMENT!!! but they will restock their refrigerator gatorades because money is all they really are concerned about. Wish I didn't have a membership here after seeing what it's really like inside.

I got sucked into a trial didn't even use it I was no good at that I'm not into it so I don't even know why I went but if you're into it they're nice
I emailed the corporate office, how there was an old man in the shower pleasuring himself while watching me shower. I asked them to put shower curtains in all the stalls, not just the handicap stall. Not corporate, or this gym reach out to me or solve this problem. Next time I'll just call the police and they can be in the news.

Love the classes, lots of equipment available, bathrooms are clean, and the only down fall is parking outside sucks. But having to walk I guess only helps before a workout.
The club is nice but they won't let you use the club more than once if you have the Sports membership. It must be the ultra sports. Management sportsmanship, very low.

This gym is so dirty. The customer service is terrible. All they want is for you to pay for a personal trainer. I been to different gyms by far this is the worst. They made me wait very long time when I came in to cancel my membership. They have poor management.
Average gym. Dated machines, so-so bathrooms/locker rooms, all the usual gripes are applicable. That being said, the layout is solid and they have all you need for a good work out.
The club used to be nicer, and cleaner. The group class floor is dirty with dust bunnies, even in the mornings. I've been a member since they've first opened up more than 15 yrs ago. I use to bring friends, but I don't anymore.
1) I realize they were slowly increasing my dues without notifying me.
2) The place looks like it needs some TLC
3) I'm extremely unhappy with their scheduling of classes based on the trends and not on their loyal members wishes. a) They've tried many times to keep pushing Suzy's Saturday morning yoga class later and later in the day. b) Then they got rid of Glenylen's Body Combat class and gave us a lame excuse that Body Pump was more "popular." How that justifies eliminating a class versus rescheduling it, I don't understand. c) And not only that, they busted up a winning combo which I nicknamed "Sanity workout": Body Combat (working out frustrations from week), followed by Yoga (resetting mind and body for upcoming week).
I've been seriously considering switching clubs as many of my family and friends have. If not for the camaraderie I have with the loyal yogis and our awesome Yoga instructor Suzy, I might have.
Sorry for the long rant, but I hope this was helpful.

I love 24hrs but more and more centers are getting delapidated and falling apart.
I'm a little biased, I work here. But I strive every day to help make this location worth 5 stars. Swing by and have a chat with me any time! Tell me about your fitness journey!
I liked this location. Will definitely come back. Clean..
I've been a member since the early 2000's and the Upland location has been my go to gym since 2011. However this new management has immediately eroded and derailed what successful gains and inroads the prior administration have built with long standing members. I will wait until the current management, mismanagement it self out and the coming turn over happpens. Then hopefully get back to better service. This totally undercuts the awesome jobs that the sales people and great trainers on staff are doing. I spend approximately $150 monthly on supplements and sports drinks. Which encourages my friends and family to shop and spend as well. Today I will exercise my right to hold up on that support until further notice.
Location is generally clean. It's a bit crowded. Machines could use a little maintenance.
Although sometimes parking can be a pain during peak hours, the facility itself is wonderful. Got all the things you'd expect a premium gym would have. Tons of machines to work out every part of your body. Along with a lot of cardio machines of various sorts such as Treadmills, stairmasters, stationary bikes, etc... As far as cardio goes, I'm primarily a treadmill person and even when it's really busy, I never have a problem getting one. They also have an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Just an overall great atmosphere with really nice staff and trainers.
Friendly staff. Always clean and way better than the one in Rancho. I would give it 5 stars of they gave away towels.
Could upgrade there equipment....but I love the place
The billing is ridiculous. I joined and added my wife with there special. At the beginning of every month my wife walk in and sign in at the desk. Like clockwork, she is admitted while it says that I haven't paid my dues. I check my bank statement an d the money is always taken out early but taken out indeed. I have to call corporate and get the same answer: we don't know what hapened". It gets old and its embarrassing. I told corporate that if it happens one more time, I would take my wife and kids who are also on the plan somewhere else. The next month the same thing. The gave me a free month and guarentee it wouldn't happen again. Today will be my 1st time on a new month. Can't wait to see if I'm declined again. I read the reviews at Golds, the closest available for me and it looks like all these corporate gyms follow the same handbook. I wish Ballas wouldn't have been bought out. 11 years there and not 1 problem.
