Stable Core quite simply rocks!
When I first began at Stable Core, even though I have a busy and active life, I had no idea how physically weak I was. I noticed a change in my posture within a few weeks. Others noticed a change in my body soon after. I went from 1 class a week to 2 classes a week because I was starting to feel physically better (great in fact - more energy, flexibility, stamina....) as I strengthened my core. The small class sizes and personal attention from the instructors allows me to take notice of my own progress and I hope to be challenged more , and usually am, in every class. Although I cannot take a class everyday, (I would if I could) both Yaria and Nicole have taught me to make stretching a part of my everyday routine. SO glad to have Stable Core in the neighborhood and pilates a part of my lifestyle - I haven't been this fit for 15 years.
