I went to the Training Station to see what it was all about and I left really impressed! Ken and his staff were awesome and did a great job of writing a program that was perfect for me! I will definitely recommend them to my friends!

I recently visited the training station for a workout and came away really impressed. The facility has all the equipment I needed. Ken has assembled a group of trainers that have been nothing but professional in how they deal with each other and their clients. Ken did a great job of getting me physically ready for the demands of my job. I will be a regular here for sure!
