This box has an awesome staff of well trained instructors who work hard and care about their clients!! Believe me their hardcore but they are focused on client satisfaction and care! It's like family
Best gym I have ever been to! The owners/coaches are always there for you and will do what most coaches wont, tell you to stop if you are going to hurt yourself. They truly care about their people and will push you past your limits.

CFI's atmosphere is friendly and invigorating. Jake the coach/owner is very knowledgeable and attentive. I hesitated about starting Crossfit but now I'm glad I did!

I don't know how it's possible but Coach Jake puts his heart into the safety, progress, and enjoyment of each and every member. He never seems to run out of time or energy to care. On top of it all, the community is so great and motivating! I would recommend this box to anyone at any stage of life, any level of fitness.
