Everyone was very friendly when I first walked in! Staff keeps the facilities very clean and everything is always organized ! Favorite gym in SoCal

I FINALLY joined Metroflex Murrieta, after about three years of following them from when they started building it out. I have found my new gym home! I get to workout intensely without any weird looks because pretty much everyone in there is working on being the better version of themselves every day! I have felt welcomed since day one, and at the end of my work day, I'm always excited to complete my day with some smiles and heavy weights! Thank you Metroflex!!!!!

Was a little intimidated to start group training at Metroflex, but Ryon and the staff were so welcoming and made it such a positive experience! I absolutely love Ryon's boot camp as well as my one on one training and would absolutely recommend him for anyone.
It's been 9 years since I left the military and was serious about working out, so it's an amazing feeling for me to have found a gym and trainer that keep me coming back!

This gym is very welcoming to new members! The gym is clean, the owner is very nicely. I highly recommend you to come get a work out in here! They have a TRUE month to month contract, no contract dates.

I just absolutely love this place! I drive 15-20 minutes out of my way, past several other gyms, to go to this gym. I had been looking for a bodybuilding gym in the area for a while. I was very excited when I heard about Metroflex. I feel like I'm constantly learning new stuff from the other members and there's a lot of equipment available that isn't available at other gyms. The option to workout outdoors in the yard area, perfect place to be on a beautiful summer evening!

Like the equipment, the owner not so much. Tries his hardest to convince gym members that he is humble yet he acts as if everyone is beneath him. On top of that he has been heard, on multiple occasions, talking poorly to people that work for him or work closely with him. Sadly the behavior of the owner and his friends ruins the atmosphere of the gym. Also, don't be surprised when you see the owner and his friends getting drunk in "the yard."
P.S. if you plan on bringing your children, be aware that there is no child care center in this gym.. children are let free to run around dangerous equipment.

There are highlights to this gym like the equipment, the medium size, a few good men and women. However for the most part, the atmosphere is toxic since the owner prides it on being hard core. However the only thing hard core is the music laden with F bombs and N word even when kids are present. The owner refuses to change it.
The management sets the tone for the gym. Unfortunately the owner brings his toxic behavior from his personal life to the gym. As an example, he was jumped and beaten up at a club, instead of letting it go. He repeated calls the people who jumped him and tells them to meet him at his in "the yard" so they can fight. He then asks people around the gym to not tell his father who bought the gym for him. Apparently He always gets in fights at establishments which is why he's banned at some of them. This in addition to bad mouthing gym members who are not in his click. There's more but this is just as an example to illustrate why the vibe in there is tense/negative /toxic.
Like I said it starts from the top down. The management sets the tone for the vibe in the gym. Good people continue to leave in droves from what could have been a good gym.
I have 1200 shaker cups and boxes of supplements that I planned on giving gym members(as I have always done everyday I was there) for the grand opening that didn't happen.Any military base or school in need of donation can contact me. I have already donated 240 shaker cup to troops in Afghanistan so 960 shaker cups and supplements still need homes =)

Smaller gym. Very hardcore, loud music metal plates old school feel. Cool atmosphere with a good competitive environment. Great hours too.

Bright, clean, and people are kind, serious, and helpful here. Great equipment! Got an area outside in the back too! Get a quick tan for $5.00 per month! NEED A TRAINER? This is the place to find a good one and get results! SCORE!

Awesome atmosphere with plenty of equipment to hit different muscle groups. Day pass is very affordable. Definitely one of the best gyms in the area.

Badass equipment, all the good stuff. Iron weights. Only rule is 'respect the gym by racking your weights'. They provide chalk too

I've been out in this area for about a year, and this is hands down the best gym around. There's a good variety of people who go here, from people just starting out to competitors. Well worth the price, and being 24/7 is perfect when you work ridiculous hours. I've got friends who drive up from Camp Pendleton just to go here. Sign up!
