New owners don't work with health insurance payments!! Don't waste your time if you're looking to pay for a yearly membership or health insurance incentives. The owners do not accept health insurance payments, which doesn't make sense since this is a gym ("good for your health"). My insurance is willing to pay for a yearly membership as long as the gym answers a few questions, such as "How will member benefit from a membership at your gym?" and "What equipment is available for the patient?" The only other thing the owners would have to do is provide a letter that has the yearly membership total. I then would pay the gym for a year membership and then my insurance would re-reimburse me. I explained this to James and his response was, "one owner is out on business and the other owner wants to talk to the one that's out on business. We don't know when he's coming back, so pretty much look for other options so you don't waste your time." This is pretty disappointing since you would expect a health gym to want to work with health insurance to help a person become healthy. Especially if they're being paid upfront and will not be owed any money. I've been in contact with James, who is the current manager.
