Not too fond of the pizza and bagel show on certain days. For some it's like the perfect excuse to indulge, to others it makes no sense.

Friendly and helpful staff. I love how the gym is always clean and how they keep the disinfectant spray filled up and the paper towel dispensers full.

I love my PF
The equipment is fantastic and plenty, one is always available. I also appreciate so much the wipe down of equipment after a member uses it. Love the hydro massager and there's other options to choose from. Ye . I love my PF

Let me start out by saying the staff are really friendly here. However, the equipment maintenance is seriously lacking. For example, the 50 pound curling bar has been missing for over a year. Rollers for the cable machines are broken (cracked) which creates drag on the cable resulting in more resistance. This is bad if you're using 2 cables at once. The benches are a joke, they all wobble badly. Most of the bars are either missing the rubber grips or the rubber grips are shredded. Hand sanitizers literally go months without being refilled. Bathrooms and showers are pretty bad most of the time.
For some context, I've been to quite a few planet fitness gyms. The other location I go to is consistently clean, if something breaks it's fixed withn a couple days, if something goes missing its replaced within a week, bars are replaced once the rubber grips go bad, etc. I've seen how a gym can be properly maintained and this location isn't living up to that standard.

This place has been long forgotten and abandoned by the corporate. Most equipments are broken here and no matter how hard the staff work here they cannot replace damaged equipment. I believe the corporate doesn't care for the neighborhood and it's people. AC also doesn't work well and sometimes the place too hot for working out. If it wasn't for the Chicago Street location I would have cancelled my membership along time ago. The staff are working as hard as they can and I don't blame them. But planet fitness management needs to take care of this place better.

This Location is always good to me from the trainer Sam to even the other members everyone is always friendly and inviting. The effort they make to always say hello as well as bye is great. Amazing Customer Service.

Every employee I have dealt with have been super sweet and caring!
The atmosphere is comfortable. This is the first gym that I have ever felt confident enough to work out. I love this place!

Me and my wife saw their prices and facility online and thought it was a good choice for the price. So we went there planning to get the tour and two memberships. However, the 20 year old kid that helped us didn't seem to want to help us. He had a horrible demeanor. We literally walked out because of his poor attitude.

Love love my gym. They have great prices right now so if u r looking come here. They have allot of machines to the point of me never seeing anything like it at any gym I have been to so I love that even more. This location does not have the pool or spa but it does have tanning beds n massage beds n if u pay the for the black card which is super cheap right now then u can have those to use as well as a trainer n many classes to try.

This is the worst gym in the whole city, worst customer service. I used to come here every night after i get off work, i left my gym bag in the locker and someone stole it, i asked the associate at that time if he can check the cameras, he said the manager is the only one who can check. I came back the next morning and manager said she can't check the cameras only the owners can check it and she said they won't check it because it's a minimal issue for the owners because they don't care about there customers belongings and she added this happens all the time and no one ever check the cameras. Basically the owners are inviting thieves to their gym. I had all my stuff in the bag. So sad i had the membership for this kind of gym. Gonna cancel the membership now and never ever coming back.

I tend to go during really late hours since that is what works best for me. When signing up they were friendly, but did not get a tour of the gym. Overall they kee keep the appearance of the gym looking great. The bathroom was fine the first time I came in it has been horrible ever since. I no longer bother using it other than to wash my hands. The equipment stays in good working order. They do have cleanser for the equipment. Something that I have started noticing is the cleanser for the equipment keeps getting lighter. It used to be pink now it looks more like watery pink (serious emphasis on the watery part). I can overlook everything else but now I'm having a problem with that. I really like the aspect of cleaning what you have just sweated all over but there is no point if the solution is just water now.

I do like this gym specially all the massage equipment they have, it's unlimited if your a black card member, that's what I have so since I haven't worked out in months I use it just for massages when I have time to go :)

Lack of air conditioning in the workout area and lack of hot water in the showers make this one of the worst Planet Fitness locations I have ever been to. Air temperature tends to range between 75 and 80, which is extremely uncomfortable. I understand a/c is expensive, but it is one of the basic requirements of any functional gym. Showers also leave much to be desired.
I have been a black card member for 5+ years and have recruited many to join during that time. However, after recently moving to the Moreno Valley I will likely be cancelling my membership. There are many similarly priced gyms in the immediate area that provide these basic essential features.

My son and I work out here. I have already lost 19 pounds my son 12 and we're now going into our third week excited about the future and can't wait to see more results but I enjoy and love the gym.

It is uncomfortably warm, usually in the upper 70s to mid 80s. I've been to nearly all the gyms in the inland empire and none are this hot. Presumably the owners minimize a/c usage to save money. It's a shame, because the equipment and staff are good, relative to other planet fitness locations.

I like the atmosphere everyone is minding their business so many machines available. The cleanliness someone is always cleaning and dusting. I just wish there was another location in Moreno Valley east Moreno Valley preferably. Thanks @planetfitness

Facilities are well laid-out, equipment is always in good working order, and there are a number of amenities. But most important is the staff, as each is service-oriented and genuine. Monthly dues are well-spent , if only for the pleasure of being among them.

The place is clean and the staff is very attentive. Never had a problem with equipment being available like at other gyms. Nobody cared that I set the lunk alarm off. You can't beat it for $20

I was excited to start working out at this gym after moving to MV. It's always clean and they have good equipment. However, I had a bad experience with the staff when trying to pick up my headphones which I had left behind earlier in the week.
A day after forgetting my headphones, I called PF and spoke to a gentleman and asked if anyone had turned in my headphones. I described them to him to a T and he said , "Yes. They are right here at the front deskd". I gave him my name and told him that I would be stopping by in a few days to pick them up. He said that they would be holding them for me. When I went in asked for them, they were no longer there. The manager asked me to check in with her on Monday so I did just that. On Monday, she said that a staff member had given them to someone who had claimed them already. She said "sorry". What bothered me was that she had no solution or explanation as to how they can improve their lost or claim process. I had called looking for my headphones and I had given my name and said I'd be picking them up. How do you mess that up? I thought they'd be holding them for the rightful owner.
The manager even made things worse by saying that they didn't even keep items on hold that long, as if I had left them there for months. It had been 3 days. So what does the staff do, keep items that have been left behind?

This was my first experience at Planet Fitness and it was overwhelmingly positive. I signed up for the no committment plan and had already asked to upgrade to the "premium" membership by the end of my tour. Sean was incredibly helpful and polite. The facility is beautifully kept and easy to find what I need. I'm glad I came in today...looking forward to coming back!

Very clean and maintained! They're always adding new equipment and machines. I also appreciate the 24/7 aspect!
