Good place for a few hours in the pool or try some racquetball. Get in a little workout. Has a child care facility for your young kids while you get in a workout
In shape showed me you can reach your goals no matter what is holding you back. For me it was never having a babysitter for my kids but with the Kid Zone that no longer is the case. The incredible staff watching and playing with my kids while I work out is a real blessing. Inshape is the best gym I've ever used and I'll never go back to any other place #inshape
The pool is a bit too warm for lap swimming...should be solved by talking to management. The moment I got in I was thinking man this already is warm enough to relax like a hot tub. So it gets too warm to swim for exercise.
I used too live in this gym when it wasn't that packed! But I still love this gym! The biggest pool. And more pools and mass off weights plus well cleaned and taken care off I been coming here for 6 years and it is my favorite off all the gym's in Modesto. Great classes and lessons.
Nice gym - locker rm/showers could be cleaner - tile really needs deep clean-scrub.
Love the heated pool and water aerobics with other Seniors. Excellent staff.

In-Shape is great place to work workout. the children's playroom room is very good with two sides for big and small kids. They have two people that work there and they have some experience with autistic children. They are very good with the kid and my kids love going there. They have multi workout areas in the whole building two pools one hot tub of one small kid pool to and a room for a spinning class and aerobics or yoga. They also have racquetball courts there are usually always full and then the big main room which is all the heavyweights and weight machines and it is well spread out so people are not on top of each other.

Me and my Fiance love coming here there's a lot to choose from daily and the Sana is perfaect after a good workout.

I travel all over and this is my most favorite gym by far! The staff is wonderful and the pool is my sanctuary.
Awesome group fitness sessions. Classes are pretty full. Getting there early is key to claiming a good spot from where one can watch the lead.

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. I am making my third trip back to Cabarete to train at Rogue for two months because I know Zach and his staff get it done! No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit during vacation or to train like a hardcore athlete, Rogue has what you're looking for.

Finally visited this location after a few years of being told my membership was limited. I finally found the gym I cld fall in love w. The other locations near me are hit and miss w equipment but this location has basically everything I like. So no more going to different inshapes to workout. Like most inshapes staff is ugh, paper towels empty a lot and or spray bottles missing. The staff is hit n miss as trainers seem annoyed when they have to help at the front desk..i asked to tan and the trainer said find ur own name in the book, I don't do that. Also the tanning beds suck as I tan very easily and after 5 sessions no difference even after buying accelerator from them. Was told I cld only tan at their location so gonna cancel that as it s not worth 69.00 a month.
New review. INSHAPE HAS YET AGAIN CLOSED ANOTHER FACILITY HERE. NOW THE ONE I GO TO HAS BEEN OVERRUN W WAY MORE PPL. THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH EQUIPMENT TO SUPPORT SUCH AN INFLUX OF PPL NOW MIGRATING TO THE REMAINING 3 GYMS. INSHAPE IS SLPWLY HUT SURELY RUINING MY GYM EXPERIENCE. Unhave a feeling they will be out of business in thos area once another gym makes up for the loss.
Definetly not worth the 39 a month membership plus 40 a year to renew. U don't even get towels anymore and they Don t keep up w replacing handles and bars to accomadate various equipment in various rooms. I 'll be looking into another gym soon.

Only downside to the gym is the parking lot, half the people dont know how to park or bring the biggest vehicle they have and cram it into compact spot. Tons of amenities staff is friendly never see equipment down for too long

How dare you to tell me not to go in n confort my child. My child is new to this in shape n you tell me different rules!!!! All in shape has same rules but you guys don't. That's not right n this will go viral!!!

Absolutely LOVE this gym. They have a very nice facility. My only complaint would be may a once or twice a week bathroom/shower room floor buff. The floor is pretty nasty. Of course it's a bathroom so its to be expected. Plus, you should be wearing shower shoes. It just looks nasty. That is my only reason for giving a four and not a five star rating.
The daycare area is amazing. My daughter is so hard to leave with anyone. However, Jessica got her to fall in love with it no problem! The staff makes a very notable effort to get to know each and every child that comes through. They also make it a point to get to know the parents. I've walked in a few times now on them practicing the kids names and matching them with the parents names. The staff made our babies feel so welcome. Now when we take our daughter in (shes 17 months) and shes like "bye bye!" She cant get enough of it. I feel so safe leaving her and my seven year old son in the daycare area. They both get very excited when it's time to go to the gym.
We also take part in the family swim time. Thats a huge hit with the kids too! At first i thought 1730-1930 was a little short. It actually works out perfectly for us. The tanning beds are well maintained. The equipment is also very well maintained. I have utilized the sauna every day that i have gone. Other than what im guessing was a very hangry woman i have not had any problems. It's clean and well kept.
Over all we as a family really love going to this gym. Sadly, we have to drive a half hour to get to it...it's totally worth it though. I go twice a day.
Update: my only reason for not giving a five star review was the floors in the bathroom. Well that has most definitely improved. I can not say enough about how great this gym and staff are. I am here 6/7 days a week. Never do i deal with any foul attitudes or poor work ethics of any kind. This really is a wonderful environment that has been staffed with amazing people. Thank you so much guys. You all make my time spent in your gym all that much better with your hard work and dedication.
I've been going to this gym since the beginning of this year and experience has been wonderful, the staff is always courteous. I really like to talk to the staff members here because they motivate my fitness journey. (2/28/18) I was approached by a manager by the name of Aliana, accusing me of loitering and/or lounging at the gym. She stated I was not permitted to sit down or do lounging ANYWHERE in the facility. I'm never at the gym more than 4 hours, at most I'm here 2 hours and a half. There are people who do lounging and don't get told anything. She was very rude and disrespectful and handled relaying the information unprofessional, with an hostile (more like fake-nice) attitude with misinformation, according to the rules and regulations stated on the website there is no clause or phrase stating lounging/loitering policies. Many of the staff complain about her and I couldn't see why before but with that attitude I now understand why. I pay to go here and frankly she's toxic to the environment of the gym, she doesn't put the gym first. I have done nothing more than wait for the bus and/or wait for my pre-workout to kick in. Management has ruined my experience at Inshape but more specifically Aliana. I only gave another star because I like the facility and the staff who actually maintain the place. I would of given it a one.

I enjoy coming here and trying new classes. Sandra H pilates class is amazing and I love how she connects with the room. Thought I'd try Muvz class with Mia. I was new so I didn't know the routines, but I kept up pretty well. She made a snide remark about those who couldnt keep up, that this is not zumba. She is pretty full of herself and quite cocky. I asked around about her class and others have said the same thing about her attitude. Women are supposed to lift and support each other...not tear down. Take a lesson in compassion Mia
The steam room cannot be beaten. Lately, the steam has been so thick, I cannot recognize anyone's face when there or even tell what gender they are. The facility has everything I need: heated lap pool, large thermal pool, spa, sauna, steam room, ample locker and shower rooms, and more than adequate number and types of exercise machines and free weights. I don't use the classes, but there are many. Same with personal trainers, outdoor Olympic pool and wading pool, and a baby sitting room for children - I don't use these options but they are available. Parking is quite adequate. Hours are great - even open half a day on Christmas. For folks over age 65, Medicare pays 100% of membership fees. Can't beat the staff - they are universally pleasant and professional or they don't last long. Right now, the management is having the interior repainted and replacing the wall decorations and signage - maintenance is very good.
Four instead of five stars is because of a few of the patrons using this facility who occasionally leave their trash in the showers and steam room and take their ill-mannered children into the thermal pool outside of family hours. Doesn't happen so much that I won't go there, but it happens. The staff does the best they can with the inevitable self centered, entitled persons that make the facility less pleasant for the rest of us to use while they are there. Not the fault of the management.

It's great here, I switched over from planet fitness and although it is little more expensive it's worth it, for all the clubs access and other facilities, you get more. Friendly staff and great equipment.

Nice place to work out at, lots of group exercise available Muvz, Piloxing, Spin and many more. Friendly staff especially Austin. I joined 6 months ago and was referred to him. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I refer all my friends to him that what to join In-Shape.

The lady at the front desk is supper rude and kept pushing people to the side who were there first, to help people coming in. I get that you're a busy gym, but when others are trying to come use the facilities you should help them as much as you do everyone else. Totally would not recommend this place! The Manteca one is so worth the drive.
If you go before 4pm that is the best time. No waiting for machines and easy to find parking. The facility is well maintained and clean. Staff is nice and helpful.
Stay away for your own good. Broken equipment, lighting issue at more than one gym, staff, including district manager doesn't care for people's behaviour/ gym etiquette, so long as you pay for membership. I've been a member for about 10 years, and I advise strong caution.
Don't bother signing up for a personal trainer. They'll neglect you. Text during most of your session and not watch you. Fail to make or keep appointments. Inshape won't reimburse your money and you'll have to pay out of your contract with them. Youll be given 5-15 days to back out of it but the trainers will screw you after the time to back out is over.
