Some staff are not customer service friendly. The business has so many customers checking in that the staff is overwhelmed and just trying to hurry you through without trying to attend to any requests, no personal touch, compassion, or understanding, not a peaceful feeling when you check in. Definitely not what I want or expect walking in to a yoga place where I want to come for relaxation & peace.Just a mass production like cattle hearding through the front desk. And other staff will just look at you with attitude like you've got something wrong with you!! The customer is not right here!! Don't even try it!! Makes you wonder why a business like this would hire people like this. Makes no sense in a business that's supposed to again be a peaceful & welcoming place.

I've been going here for about 10 years (consistently for 4-5). I've watched them grow from a tiny studio to the larger one they are today, and frankly they've only gotten better. It's a welcoming, lovely community - everyone from the instructors to the people who run it. Some yoga studios are high pressure, either in sales or in classes. This is a whole different experience - they're conscientious and will follow up with you, but you don't feel like yoga is being shoved down your throat, lol. And as for the teachers, they come adjust, give personal instruction, and always keep an eye out for struggling students (or hotshot long-time students who can use a boost!).

I want to encourage anyone who is considering yoga but finds it pretentious or scary to give this studio a try. (Megan and Renee are GREAT for beginners.) Also, this is an all-genders body-positive studio, so no one should feel like they're going to stand out or feel awkward for any reason.

I'm getting no kickbacks for writing this, by the way. They've just always taken care of me and I like to give credit where it is due. Honestly, I'm one of those yoga dorks now, but it really has changed my life. When I started I couldn't touch my toes. Now, I can get my shoulder behind my knee! But more than that, I'm calmer, more centered, and yoga has truly become my refuge and my happy place because of Yogaworks MV.

I love the manager, jacinthe Mitchell, love her staff and the instructors, all of them, specially Savita, Elizabeth, Megan, Melanie, Linda and Bob. Thank you very much. 8 years!

One of my homes away from home. I love to take classes at YogaWorks. There are all levels ranging from beginners to advanced. I especially appreciate that there are so many classes to choose from so you can always find something that fits around your schedule. The teachers are uniformly good, excellent at explaining the process and making sure no one gets hurt. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful.

Megan McCarver and Savita are the best teachers. My shoulder has actually started to healing, I was in so much pain. Thank you!

Took an intro course and I felt completely comfortable in the class. Instructor was very helpful and went over in detail how to achieve the proper pose and really gain extra flexibility.
