I have been going to Fit Pilates for years (it was recently re-branded as Sweat House). This Pilates workout method is highly effective for strengthening and toning everywhere. Exercises can be adapted to be easier for beginners or those with injuries, or made more challenging for those who are advanced. No matter what your experience level is with Pilates, you will get an amazing workout!

LOVE THIS STUDIO! First time starting Pilates was about a month ago and all the instructors are amazing, great toning workout and I love how the small class sizes. Only downfall to a small class is you can not just drop in, you must know your schedule and book your class in advance based on availability. Would highly recommend.

The only workout I do is the 50-minute class at FIT Pilates Studio in Mission Viejo. I love the group classes on the Megareformer. It makes my body lean and not bulky and the fifty minutes goes so fast. The music is great and the instructors are tough but nice. They really push me. There are around seven or eight people in a class so they give me attention and make sure I have the right form. I've done lots of workouts but this one is really the best. It's fun and it works. The online scheduling app lets me sign up for classes in advance to make sure I get into the classes I want.
