Convenient place to train for swimming. Too crowded during summer. But can use the gym instead. Friendly staff. Cheaper membership compared to other clubs. But this is not a club.. I like this place.... more

Honestly the crossfit trainers are not that great accept for the coach Phong that trains on Saterday morning he is the strict one.He explains what the work out helps you on and what I like is that he really pushes you, witch I think thats very important.... more
