When I'm visiting family here in town, my nephews take me here. Good little gym with good machines and weights. Clean and not stuffy.. The people here are very friendly and nice there's always somebody to help you when you need it and that is a big plus!! however, with the said I can't wait until the equipment is more updated for example .... more

Literally the worst gym I have ever been to, if you want to workout in a well rounded establishment I highly recommend going to Fit Republic, or literally anywhere but here.. Today I had the window of my car broken, lack of security and lights in the parking lot of this gym.... more
