This 24hr has a bad reputation. My buddies warned me after. Tiny; unacceptable given a high density population area. Very busy, I went in at 2:45 on a Wednesday left at 5:00. You can expect the usual bad gym etiquette on a larger scale. Given less equipment and LA vibes if you're serious about getting your workout out of the way this gym is definitely not for you. One last thing, there was visible damage to the lockers as if someone or people commonly break locks open by prying them out. Definitely do not leave any valuables in your locker! Just stay away.

The staff and manager so unprofessional, never had an issue with LA Fitness like this gym regret doing the change after speaking to the manager goes to show that the only thing they care about is to bring you in sign you up and after that screw you over after you want them to cancel your membership for a mistake that's their fault and expects you to pay full price doesn't resolve anything and in a unprofessional/ rude way hangs up on you... wow and that's a manager

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Made a complaint, but manager said nothing wrong was done. It didn't matter how her actions impacted me, the customer. One and done! I'll go where me and my membership are valued!

Way too small for the amount of people that come here. Came here twice and both times I walked in every single machine or bench I wanted to use was taken

Easy to find. Free parking but it's usually full. One of the newer places. Nice and clean equipments. The pool is cold and needs cleaning. No recycling bins.

Pretty middle-of-the-road. Totally adequate, but doesn't really excel in any area either. Also a bunch of little things - like only one stall in the men's bathroom?? Two stories and one stall, doesn't make any sense at all...

Some of the staff is nice others are rude. This location is a mess none of the equipment is put away, if you want to use a dumb bell good luck finding it. For a new location it's a mess. This is due to poor management and employees who don't care, worst 24 HOUR FITNESS I HAVE EVER SEEN

A typical 24 Hour Fitness facility that provides the typical exercise equipment for fitness improvement, and is open twenty-four hours daily.
The sauna is soothing for post-exercise and/ or non-exercise days/ nights.

I've been a member at this super sport for 2 years. They changed management recently, per the staff. Ever since, the gym quality/cleanliness had gone down hill. The bathrooms are nasty, there sometimes is no soap. The gym floor hasn't been mopped in who knows how long and there seems to be no cleaning crew ever! There's junk and random trash everywhere. Not sure what the management is doing with the employee/ training area, another eye sore. Never used the pool, but I'd imagine the water PH being really bad. So sad... I'm not renewing my costco 24 hr membership as a result. If you're considering joining. Think long and hard. This place doesn't value members or staff.

The staff is really friendly and they try to keep towels, equipment , lockers clean and organized. They have a high amount of foot traffic so I dont expect everything to be perfect, but its pretty close to it as it can be.
I like this facility because of ample exercise equipment , no stupid rules and the crowd is very easy going. It''s a built a good community actually.
They do raise the rates on membership after 2 years of becoming member, but not by a crazy amount.
Also, do your research before signing up, the sales staff tried to shark a freind of mine who wanted to sing up. That was shady, but to me the price is worth it as advertised on their 24 hour fitness website.

It's always packed, never any parking and has lots of equipment out of service. There is a ton of dust and the cleaning crew is not frequent enough The place does have a lot of amenities like three swimming lanes, hot tub, sauna, steam room, full court and spin area. But the weights are and racks are always full! The sales team just keeps selling and the capacity is not there.

Pretty spacious gym, everyone minds their business, lots of machines and equipment (weights, cardio machines etc) and we'll ventilated.
As for the customer service, all I can say is they're kinda ontop of it. I've never seen an employee come check on the dumbbells and make sure they're re racked BUT they do keep the place organized in terms of towels and bars. My only issue is some of the equipment here need to be replaced like the benches. They're too old.

I would give location a 5 star but, there is a health concern at this location. The staff don't bother to enforce the facility policies in the sauna room or steam room. People are constantly going in the sauna/steam room with dirty sneakers and sweaty clothes. On the door it clearly states no shoes in the sauna/steam room only swim wear attire. This is a serious health concern because all the dirt and grime comes off the shoes and gets put into the air which gets into your pores, and lungs. They should really look into this before someone files a lawsuit for health endangerment.

Not too bad. This gym has weights all over the place. It should take less than a minute to get the weights i need. I shouldn't have to hunt for them. It is also packed. I went in afternoon from 3-5 and once in morning 6-8. Keep in mind, this is still a bran new gym. Everyone wants to be there. I'd give it some more time. I think it will get better.

Absolutely not worth the money at all. It's always packed, they act as if they are such a high and mighty gym and they lie straight to your face. Please do not fall for the 3 day or any free pass at all. I went and they said some lies about we will waive the enrollment fee just for you ( even though on the website it says 0$ enrollment fee ) and told me one number but once it's time to pay up they told me a whole different number. Now if you have money to just throw around for the next year, by all means sign up for this gym. With its luke warm pool and all.

Love this gym, we are like a family there. You know that by the fact that we leave our keys or sweater everything up by the lockers and we trust each other.

Beside is being super crowed at the same time every its a good gym kids club is great staff is friendly and helpful the sales people might bug a little but they're just doing their job can't really get angry at that

Great place has everything classes kids place free WiFi gives towels body wash group classes trainers jacuzzi pool all the machines free weights anything you want to do

The only good thing about this gym compared to a 24 Hour Sport, is that it's a lot bigger and is more focused on weights. The pool and jacuzzi are clean. The sauna and steam room does have a dirty floor, but why wouldn't it be dirty? (Of course the floor will be dirty) They don't have any long in height lockers. I like that they offer towels, but not that the only place to get them are at the front desk. Overalls I believe that going to a 24 Hour Super Sport is not worth it, because you can get the same things and save about $10/month with a 24 Hour Sport.

The gym is really nice and well kept. The only problem is that it's always full after 5pm since everyone's there for their evening workout after work. If you can get out earlier to beat the rush I would highly recommend it.

Cool workout place. Has all new equip, a crossfit area and even a full rack of Kettlebells and (almost forgot) TRX suspension training. Rush hours seem packed with people but otherwise worth the money if you are a dedicated.
