The employees are always sitting talking in the phone laughing and having a good time. They are rude when you ask them something they ignore you or respond rude. The machines have gums, dirty paper towels, and are always sticky. There is nothing to clean with is just water or there is nothing. The restrooms are always dirty with a nasty scent, same music as always, the machines never work even though they charge for equipment. They welcome to certain people. Sometimes people put their own music and the gym stops it just because the other people have their speaker. I almost felled off one of the machines because it randomly stopped and there was no sign. Machines are almost never working
Overall my experience here was absolutely great! Customer service was super great. Workers here are super nice and will always greet you when coming in. Especially Wendy she will always check up on me and how I'm doing when arriving to the gym she's great! Trainers here are great as well would definitely recommend Gerardo! if he's still available while reading this.
Just started taking Zumba classes here and they are great! I love the instructors energy and the music is great. If you enjoy dancing as a workout then I highly recommend this gyms classes.
I must say this gym is great! Always clean, very friendly staff and always willing to answer questions. The rates are definitely reasonable also.

This gym is the best. I like the service the workers are friendly. I have a trainer (Jennifer)she is the best. Adriana is friendly she can help you infront desk and she is always asking me how i am doing. Cres is friendly and always asking me how i been and is very thing good. I recommend people to come to this gym and is good to work out

Great programs, and professional staff huge selection of workout equipment. Their Fitness classes meet everyone's expectations. For a small gym it shows a lot of potential.

I spoke to a representative named Chris on the phone at 10:53 this morning it is July 2nd Chris mentioned to me that there was a $9 monthly fee no deposit no enrollment just a straight $9 fee monthly when I get there he wants to charge me $49.99 for an enrollment fee plus the $9.99 not $9.00 for a monthly fee.
I also mentioned that I was referred by a friend that did not pay Initiation fee and only pays $7 a month. Unfortunately people lie to get you inside the door. By the way Chris thanks for your 30 second tour of the gym
Fair experience. It is always crowded in the evening. There are better options .
I've always appreciated how clean they keep this facility and how friendly everyone is. But now they've made it even better with expanding with so much new equipment and things I don't even know how to use. I do however, look forward to learning.
Supper great gym!!!. Staff is so attentive and really care for your goals. Trainers give the best service no doubt. Try the inbody test gives you accurate numbers about where you stand each month. Really recommend this gym it's amazing!!.
Such a great gym at an amazing price that can't be beat! Lots of machines, clean, friendly staff..... They just got done expanding and added lots of classes. Don't forget to try the hydromassage after you get done with that great workout. This is the place to meet your workout goals.

Been by here a couple times to this location and was always good but now they expanded have tons of classes and this awesome turf area now. Really loving this place even more now. Has TRX, sled and tons of stuff for functional training. Thanks guys. Best change ever!!

I have been going to this gym for years and it is perfect! They have great classes like yoga and boot camp with awesome instructors. Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful! I love the huge functional training area were I can do my squats, deadlifts and agility work. Overall awesome gym and great value!

It's a decent gym for what they charge, they have too many bicycles not enough benches or room to do a workout routine. The good news is that their gonna expand to the next building, maybe that's when they'll get the 5 stars.

Good place to workout, staff is amazing, Darlene is a good worker helps out a lot when you need it I recommend this place for any people new to weigh lifting
This is not a gym, it is a campground! I LOVE Fitness 19's. Not this one. They need to send a park ranger! You will not get a dumbell OR on a bench. Four guys will have 3 or 4 sets parked around their bench.....but will be watching the TV instead. Even getting a machine is tough. Don't expect the employees to get off their phones or computers to help either.
