I got a gift certificate from my sister and I thank her for that since this place has good service and friendly staff. Jessie attended to my body wrap service. She has very soothing hands and I could just stay in that massage bed forever. I would like to come back and try other services they offer.
Anna is very welcoming, and her facial treatments are soothing and so thorough. She does not try to upsell you or scare you into more procedures or products. She makes me look good and feel good about my face and myself.
I've been to Anna three times now and she's amazing! She gives great advice for your skin, in regards to products and lifestyle changes. I gotten both face and back facials and my skin was glowing afterwards. She's also very sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. Will be a consistent return customer!
I have been to Anna twice now for a massage and she is fantastic! She really assesses what areas of your body need the most attention and at the end you feel like a new born angel. She's super friendly and uses oils/lotions from Spain (fancy!). Her space is very relaxing and there is smoothing music on in the background. I would highly recommend!!!! 5 stars! Also, it's around a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. Go treat yourself after too!

1) Ana ALWAYS goes above and beyond regular treatments or practices and will always give you very educated and customized recommendations based on your skin or what your goals are. She genuinely cares about your well-being and shares many natural remedies to help your situation, and she genuinely wants to see you become better and feel better about yourself.
2) For your first time you may feel attacked as some reviewers mentioned, this is only because she is not only getting to know you, she is very straightforward and REAL with you and your current situation and with what she recommends to get done.
Once you get past this initial contact, Ana's customer service is impeccable. She has hundreds of people coming in through the weeks but on the next time you come back, you are given customized, specialized treatment and she remembers even the smallest details about you or your life that sometimes you even forget. That is what I call quality.
3) the past 3 times I have left this place, I felt more than rejuvenated, and almost spiritually elevated and much more confident and happy with myself and the way I look, especially after such a pleasant experience with someone that really does care about you and not your money.

Received a gift certificate for massage and facial and enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing Sunday. Was my first facial ever and my skin has never felt/ looked better. I've been breaking out a lot lately (more than I did as a teenager) and she gave some really great advice on how to prevent acne and maintain this glow.
Ana was a professional masseuse. I had a bad neck pain, I found this place on google and I got an appointment for next 30 minutes.
She did a magic job! I wasn't able to move my head easy, my mussel was tight and after 50 min massage I felt I am so relax and my mussels are released!
She knows the body and explained to me the source of pain and thoughtful recommendation to change my habits everyday, in working with laptop,sitting on the chair, and frequent breaks,...
You will be happy with her service and her friendly manner. I would definitely will go to her again and will recommend her to my friends.

Never traumatizes the skin but rejuvenates and nourishes. I have had some awful experiences with facials in LA so am so glad to have found someone I love!
