Decent gym , only complaint is that there is little to no cell phone coverage and reception in this area and oddly enough this gym has no wifi access

My cell phone was stolen from right out my gym bag. When I was in the shower. In March of 2019 I was Surprise because it was 7 o'clock in the morning. The gym was empty. And it was an old lady who stole it. I know because she was there the whole week. Walking around the locker Room doing nothing but looking and talking to people.

This facility is filthy. It has rust everywhere. All the tile is dirty. The showers near the swimming pool literally have dirt balls hanging off the walls. All the light fixtures in the steam room are rusty. Total health hazard

Need updated machines. But you can get a good workout. Super busy around 8pm-10pm. A lot of people don't wipe the machines after. But get in and get out is best.

A typical 24 Hour Fitness facility that provides the typical exercise equipment for fitness improvement, and is open twenty-four hours daily.
The sauna is soothing for post-exercise and/ or non-exercise days/ nights.
Free WiFi is available for all members!
Note: No towel service!

Needs work in terms of organization or cleanliness, as well as broken equipment, (but broken equipment is so consistent over all 24 hour fitness gyms....that I'm just going to assume it's out of management control and not affect my rating- yes that's your rep 24 hr lol) but team members are always friendly and they try. I have never had a negative experience here. Thank you.

Often you will find the Jacuzzi nasty. A couple of elderly ladies actually will bath discreetly in the Jacuzzi and or Pool. Wash their hair in the steam room. Rinse in the pool or Jacuzzi.
Bathroom often are without soap or toiletries. All the above has been brought to management attention. No Improvement in at least a year.

Thier cleanliness is so awful I guess that's what the 24hrs mean that they clean every 24hrs. They have so many staff to sell you a membership or train you as well as front desk help. But when it comes to cleaning ppl. I guess it's a coin flip.

Absolutely filthy. Haven't gone into the locker room without it reeking. Dumbells and plates are always in a random location across 3rd floor. Full of broken equipment.

Needs new management...
Staff too lazy to rack weights or clean up equipment.
TV remotes don't properly work.
Machines take too long to fix and elliptical machines need adjustments and tune ups.
Cleaning crew will kick u out of aerobics studio for no apparent reason. I'm glad they clean it but that does not necessarily mean that I can't use it after it is clean. This is the only gym I have been to where they won't let the members use the aerobics studio for personal use.

Chris North Jr. has really turned this place around compared to what it was years ago. This gym is super clean and all the exercise equipment works properly. I'm very impressive with the changes made! Chris North Jr. is an outstanding person and also a true professional!!! He is talented and very good at his job! This is my favorite gym to go to in all of LA!!!

Came to this location and was satisfied on how they welcomed me and my boyfriend. Was helped by Eileen, very nice and welcoming. Definitely excited to be part of the club and look forward to finishing the year strong with 24hour fitness.

Three posts cause of depended on just the employees, I'd give a 5 star. Lately, the new cleaners are very rude. It's their cleaning over workout. Working out on the gym floor and the cleaner just mops close me brushing my shoes with the mop and if I hadn't moved don't know if she would have continued. No apologies, no acknowledgement. Then the cleanliness of the restrooms is something else. Make changes leadership. Take it seriously

This location does not seem to keep up with the maintenance on the machines. Some treadmills start to skip after you put it above 6.5 or so. Free weights are usually scattered around the 2nd floor. At time the bench press bars are missing from the incline, decline, and flat benches so you may have to search for them or wait for someone to return it. You may also want to take two towels, the paper towel dispenser is rarely filled, along with sanitizer spray being empty. All in all there are a lot of minor issues that sum up to larger problems, all are avoidable but I guess it cuts to much into the bottom line to make an effort.

Young lady at the front desk (gray sweater, 2 pony tails,black hair), just looked at us when we were trying to sign up. Then I asked if I could use the water fountain, she didn't allow me to use a freaking water fountain, visiting this gym for the first time was a big mistake. I'm from Chicago and these people over here need to be more happy seems to me like people need to work on them selves. I'm definitely NOT SIGNING UP.

Dirty and run down. Most of the cardio equipment is broken and not well maintained. The weight equipment upstairs usually does not have all the pieces needed to work or is just flat out broken. Every is dirty and sweaty, don't think they ever clean. TVs either don't work (one was frozen on an image for at least two weeks before someone fixed it) or are discolored (a set of LEDs are broken so it looks pink or green tented). The staff very clearly don't care and are poorly trained. They didn't know how to get a document signed and it took three visits for them to finally figure it out. I would go somewhere else but this is the only gym close enough to make sense. If you can, don't come here.

Worst gym I've been to in awhile. Rude employees, broken equipment, dirty disgusting facility. Broken pool, spa, steam, and sauna for a month! Says it's a super sport online but have no towels. They NEED to change that online fast because this gym is pretty much as far as u can get from a super sport!! Didn't even workout it was so bad, which has never happened to me before, just had to walk out and find another gym. They either need to get it together or shut it down!

Used to be a great gym. But, other than the treadmills and stairmasters, it is run down. The free weights are rarely racked making it extremely hard to find. One of the universal gym's pull down apparatus has been inoperative for weeks if not months. Their are pins missing from some of the other gym equipment. I have seen people bring in their own gym equipment to make up for the inadequacies. The gym needs better management and a complete makeover. Otherwise they will be out of business in 6-12 months once Planet Fitness opens up.

Very big and spacious gym with lots of parking.
The first thing you notice is a security guard walking around "patrolling" the area yet there are numerous break ins into clients vehicles. I would guess at least 1-2 cars per week, since there's always glass on floor and new signs warning guests on premises.
The restrooms (men) are disgusting. Urinals stink and toilets aren't cleaned. Sink area has hairs everywhere and there's calcium and rust around the steel faucets. Mirrors are tagged on and full of water spots. And the smell is more of a sewer than a locker room on most occasions.
Weight room is almost impossible to find a match on dumbbells and plates are scattered everywhere. Machines need maintenance badly and some of them restore.
Cardio machines are the only piece of equipment this gym has that works and are kept in working order.
Sauna/steam room could use a closure to clean deep into the cracks and get all the buildup out and make it smell good.

This really isn't the best place as far as the cleanliness of a facilities are concerned. The equipment is also pretty dirty as well. wish we had something better in the area but sadly we don't

Good to loose weight. All the cable machines , you have to become a puzzle solver by searching each machine to replace. Totally killed my experience. All that searched 10 until finally I discovered the pins were not compadable with the machine I used.
Bathrooms are unsanitary did not want my feet to touch the wet ground. Plus I got athletes foot from there too.

Worst gym I have ever been in. Staff was no help and lazy. Equipment was never up kept or even wiped down.

The male manager is a comedian. He says he will call you during a week for a scheduled interview and doesn't call back. If you call every other day asking for him he's "busy" and will never return your call back. It looks very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Your words are your words.

Most of the equipment doesnt work, bathrooms and pool area dirty, this one isnthe close gym to my house but i think is better if i drive 35-40 min to lakewood gym or downey gym
