Love the gym. Awesome staff. But they really need to pressure wash the basketball court. Bird poop, gum and spit all over the place. They also need to clean and paint the staircase case that leads to the entrance. Super unsanitary.
Terrible experience..I had to wait 55 min to see one of managers to cancel one of my avvounts!!!!! They have raise my membership by $6.00 without telling me!!! Such a big turnover rate...employees survive only two months....
Of every super sport this would be my least favorite. Every super sport always has 2 old school steppers in the aerobics area. They got rid of their only 2 here leaving behind the cliche aerobic equipment that every other boring gym has. Also no towel service either. There's nothing "Super" about this gym.
Been a long-time member at 24 Hour Fitness because of their access and the fact I can simply work out in a clean (no frills) environment and do my thing. Over the years, I've seen a few locations cut back in amenities and this location is no exception. Note to management, the little things can make a big impact on customers and help maintain membership in the long run. Faucets haven't worked well for years, hand air dryers could definitely use an upgrade, and cancelling towel service at a Super Sport location wasn't a smart idea. Staff has always been friendly.
Great selection if workout equipment: cardio, weights, weight machines. Helpful staff most of the time. It can get quite busy depending on when you go. Parking is hit or miss. It has a small lot in the back and some street parking available. There is a pool, sauna, hot tub, and basketball court.
Membership prices are a little higher because of the extras. See if you can start a membership while there is a deal like no initiation.
Super racist front desk employee Issam Ashskar was arrogant with some friends of mine. It appears that other minority groups had negative experiences at this same location. Save your money, it's not worth the bad treatment.
Just awful location. I've been to the Pasadena location and just moved away from the Northridge location. I was not a fan of the Northridge location because of how disgusting it was, this location gives me a whole new perspective. The locker room was disgusting and saturated throughout with water on the ground, you couldn't change without getting your socks wet. The whole place smelled terrible, it was hotter than the other locations, and parking was terrible and confusing. I cannot recommend less.

The worst gym you could ever sign up for. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and sign up for a different gym. Their employees and managers will lie to you in order to get you to sign a contract and then you'll find out later that your membership costs WAY more than you were originally told...but you'll be stuck in a contract with no way to cancel and you'll just keep getting billed without your consent. Additionally, my bag was stolen out of the locker room in this gym, someone broke the lock and left with my stuff...the gym did absolutely 0 to help and when the Burbank police showed up to make a report, they told me that this stuff happens all the time at this place and more people should know about this. SERIOUSLY, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE...AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The Service: The staffs behind the counter are so friendly. It is my first time there. She gave me a tour and answered all my questions and concerns. Good customer service!!
The Facility: Super Sport location. Daycare, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna room, basketball court, etc. The equipment are in good shape, well maintained. There are staffs walking around the gym, cleaning up & etc.
There is also group class room & cycling room. Lots of fun classes through out the week.
The Parking: Street parking or parking structure (free)
Went in intending to use the "free" 3 day pass that I signed up for online. When i got there I was told that because I was from out of state, I would need to pay the $25 day pass fee. In my opinion, that is a very steep fee for a day pass. The staff were not very friendly about anything and I'll make it a point to never join any 24 hour fitness.

I went there with a long time member to workout and see the facility...the membership cost has gotten more reasonable, being only 25-30 dollars more than where I'm currently at (my gym does not have a pool, which is a little drawback). The manager on duty told me I could either pay 25 dollars for the day, or get a 3 day pass for "20-30 minutes" of my time. Who wouldn't want a 3 day pass for only a minimal amount of time? Needless to say I didn't get the tour or talked to about membership because while the sales manager (who was very nice and apologetic about my wait time) was working his butt off, the "manager" sat at the front desk just folding towels. There wasn't another sales person available...at 3 pm. After waiting for 20 minutes (even had time to use the restroom), I finally paid the 25 dollars and went to workout. The facility itself is okay...the machines are extremely weird (I've never seen a machine where the seat moves with you while targeting a specific muscle group), it was very humid within the facility, the staff wasn't that friendly (with the exception of the sales manager...I even got scowled at a little by a girl collecting towels), and it's a LOT smaller than it looks. I'll stay where I'm at...the people are friendly, it's spacious, and well organized.

Certain employees lack hospitality and embrace prejudice. These employees communicate with passive aggressive violent behavior like slamming doors, speaking spanish to conceal criticism of members, and dirty looks. Other employees are pleasent and on point.
Last night I was jogging in front of the elliptical machines and pulled a hamstring muscle and fell face first to the floor. Not one person came over and asked if I was ok. The machines were full of people, one trainer was busy looking at customers cell phone, and the rest were to busy chit chatting with each other. I got up in severe pain and slowly made to the locker room after kicking my stuff around because i could not bend over and reach it. The people in that place are pathetic. Even the people the machines couldn't ask if I was ok. I'll be looking for another gym.
Best gym I have ever gone to, the staff are friendly and very helpful and best of all they great you with a smile and treat you like family. This Will definitely be my home gym (Burbank 24) for a very long time. These guys rock!

Great gym with many amenities. However they've recently been struggling to maintain Hot Water for those who need to shower..yet the problem may beyond their control.
The spa needs to be checked out immediately. Suddenly without notice, the steam room hours were deducted two hours before its original turn off time. This does not help your overcrowded gym that already had a wide range of issues. I would have these spa hours extended to give the later members a chance to spread their hours conveniently without leaving us all cramped before 9m! The front desk always has their own list of excuses, pathetic.
One of my more liked 24 hr gym locations. Staff is friendly enough but they tend to have sometimes problems with keeping enough clean towels since this is one REALLY busy gym. As busy as it may be i like the location and equipment they have. Gym locker rooms and showers are not bad (i rarely ever use the showers anyway).
Rarely see much broken equipment so that's a plus. Whatever you do, do not go there after like 7 pm during weekdays since it basically is a zombie apocalypse.
Kids club doesn't need a misleading closing announcement.or to be released 4 times . If you can't figure out when your kids need to be picked up, then you shouldn't have any .
Good sized gym. Pricing is like any 24 hour. Gets crowded in the morning and evenings but otherwise great.
I like this place, but it is always crowded. The best hour to go is in the morning, around 6am. If you go around 7-8pm you may have to wait to have a clean towel
This is a really nice Gym. Towel service and pool. They have everything even a basketball court. Great service, all staff really nice and helpful. Great location and decent parking too. Safe neighborhood a plus.
This is probably the best Super Sport I have visited. The locker room is attended to more frequently and is much cleaner compared to the North Hollywood Super Sport. The staff is also pretty friendly.
Had a decent experience! Super friendly staff, plenty of parking, decent machines. Just like any other gym needs some love.
This gym is wack. For the amount of people coming to this gym, there should be more han enough money to keep it running. Machines, sauna and steam room are always out of service. Don't let salesmen convince you otherwise. Yet they still want you sign a one year contract plus initiation fees lol. This gym is a joke. Manager should be fired.
This place is close to my work and close to the stores around the corner. Lots of free parking on the street, sheltered garage or the roof. Lots of equipment but it can get pretty busy after work when I go so you have to wait for things a bit. I like this a lot better than the NoHo one because it seems less crowded.
Great 24 hour fitness facility. Tucked away behind the Burbank empire. Equipment is good. Swim, hoops, exercise. Has it all as a super sport
This is the best 24 Hour Fitness I have been to. I am including the new North Hollywood Super Sport when I make this statement. It's clean, easy to move around, and the staff are really friendly. Machines are always functional (which at North Hollywood, I have already seen some that were "being worked on"), and easy to use. The basketball court has a schoolyard feel to it, which is a nice change from the gymnasium feel you are used to getting. If you want to be noticed and look at beautiful men and women, go to North Hollywood Super Sport. If you want a fully functional gym that isn't overcrowded, go to Burbank Super Sport. North Hollywood is a really good gym, and Burbank is a Great gym.
