Let's start with the fact that I do not like exercise of any kind. I'm lazy and would rather "pin" great workout routines on Pinterest than actually do them. That being said, Bryna Carracino (owner & trainer of BFLA) has managed to get my lazy butt moving and kept if moving 5-7x/week for the past 18 months. If you knew me, you'd understand what an impressive feat that is!

Do I now enjoy exercising? No. But I do love how I feel afterward. I do enjoy getting motivated and inspired to do things I didn't believe my body could ever do. And, despite my objections, I do now live a healthier lifestyle because of Bryna and all the BFLA trainers. It's been the best thing I've ever done for myself. And I challenge anyone to say different after a month with BFLA!

Enough about me...the simple BFLA facts are:
Session sizes don't exceed 20 clients so trainers can focus on each person.
Trainers are always aware of & correcting form to prevent any injuries during or after sessions.
7am & 6pm sessions are perfect for a 9-5 schedule
Clients motivate each other during tougher parts of the session; no judgment *which was my biggest fear in joining group training*
Trainers are knowledgeable and always willing to share what they know so clients are better informed about the whats and whys
