Been taking Zumba Gold with Juancho for the past several years! His enthusiasm and craziness is contagious.
I really like it there! It's clean! And they have a dry sauna and steam room which is really important for me. The staff is super friendly too! It's my favorite gym for the price!
So many haters all saying pushy staff that try to sell u something... I have never had a problem with them.... Friendly staff clean gym and no one bothers me about anything.... Downtown location is the best... My boyfriend did a one week pass and the staff hasn't bothered her one bit.
I appreciate Alex Osborne's work outs! If you want to get fit and really focus on your health and well being, he's your guy. No one else will care about your physical activity the way Alex does. Guaranteed!
Very nice and clean facility. I went on a Saturday for my first time and it wasn't too busy, the weights were all racked correctly and they had good music.
Love the fact that they will train with me at five in the morning works very conveniently with work.I come here three times a week and David and Gabriel kick my a$$. Place is so clean and has an amazing shower perfect for when I have to go to work right after

Didn't know what to expect when I came. I booked one session and i was very impressed with the trainers David and Gabriel, they motivated me through the whole workout session and the facility was alot of fun to be in. Definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to get back in shape or just have a good time working out!
