I have been training with Jeff Nicholson for about 2 months, with three sessions a week. Since the first session, I have seen some extreme improvements to my fitness and strength levels. Right now, we are focusing on his basic training techniques where we utilize body weight exercises, plyometrics and core strengthening techniques in a local park in Culver City. Working with Jeff is fantastic, as he is extremely personable, encouraging and has a vast knowledge of the human body. He is able to focus in on specific areas of the body with exercises that can target strength, or stretches that can alleviate strain. With his experience and education, he is also able to craft workouts that not only are unique, but also increasingly intense. More importantly, Jeff's focus is not to just work you out, but to teach you about why he's having you do certain exercises and how to do them properly.

I would recommend Jeff to anyone, as his services and knowledge are vast enough to benefit anyone at any level of fitness. I plan to continue working with Jeff and hopefully move into more specific training for an upcoming triathlon.
