I joined Driven Fitness during the Stay-in-shelter order and have taken almost every class on the schedule so far. I like that all the coaches have a great variety of exercises and so it never gets old. I gained strength and stayed fit indoors, which I could notice during my mountain bike rides.
The other members are super welcoming, although we've only met virtually so far. Erica does a great job creating a community that cares and motivates each other!
I do not know the "brick-and-mortar" site, so can't speak to that.
I have been working out with Erica and the Driven Fitness family for two years now. I am 60 years old and in the best shape of my life! Everyone is fun and supportive. LOVE Erica and Driven Fitness. Recently, due to the pandemic, the classes are all virtual. I wasn't sure how this would work, but I must admit it is working out GREAT!. I'm able to attend more classes and I"m already seeing even more results in this short time. I HIGHLY recommend at least trying out the virtual program. Once you are in a rhythm with it, you will be hooked!
This is an amazing group. I have been enjoying getting stronger with them over the last year. In our 6:30 am class there's always great lineup of exercise and a great group to enjoy them with.
Driven Fitness and the knowledgeable coaches are the first workout group I have been part of since my days as a college athlete where you are more than just a paying customer. Whether you are part of one of the semi private groups in the weight room or taking one of the other open group classes, everyone participating makes you feel like family. I really love the variety of classes offered here and the fun we have pushing each other and making ourselves Healthier....
I've been attending driven Fitness since March 2018, approximately 17 months. I have been going to the 6 a.m. class 5 days a week, just before going to work. I have to admit I do not like getting up for the class at 5:20 AM, however, I love how I feel leaving the class. I feel fit, loose, and flexible for the entire day. What I enjoy about the class is the various exercises that we do each day. We stretch and strengthen muscles using a variety of equipment, like kettle balls, TRX, weights, etc. I never routinely exercised some of these muscles before. The exercise routines change daily, and Erica and her staff supervise us so that we do the exercises correctly. We exercise at our own strength level and speed. The class is not easy, (especially if you want to challenge yourself) but it sure is worth it. I feel more toned, more alert, and more vibrant than I have felt before taking the class. The challenges (even the none physical ones) of rest of the day after the class seem easier to overcome.
I've been a member of Driven Fitness for 6 years and I LOVE it! This is a boutique facility where all members get to know each other. I have made so many lasting friendships. The workouts never get boring because the trainers are always coming up with new ways to challenge us and make it fun. Semi-private classes are available for such a reasonable price. These classes are great to work on specific areas that you want to improve on. Your trainer will customize a workout just for you. I started taking Couch Erica's Mom's Club classes when my daughter was 4 months old. It was great because I was able to get a wonderful workout in and be with my daughter. I lost the baby weight quickly and then maintained a fit body throughout my second pregnancy all while taking my child to class with me. After the birth of my second child, I continued to come to the Moms Club classes and again lost the baby weight while being able to workout with my babes close to me. It was safe and fun to have them with me! Highly recommend!!
