I've been attending driven Fitness since March 2018, approximately 17 months. I have been going to the 6 a.m. class 5 days a week, just before going to work. I have to admit I do not like getting up for the class at 5:20 AM, however, I love how I feel leaving the class. I feel fit, loose, and flexible for the entire day. What I enjoy about the class is the various exercises that we do each day. We stretch and strengthen muscles using a variety of equipment, like kettle balls, TRX, weights, etc. I never routinely exercised some of these muscles before. The exercise routines change daily, and Erica and her staff supervise us so that we do the exercises correctly. We exercise at our own strength level and speed. The class is not easy, (especially if you want to challenge yourself) but it sure is worth it. I feel more toned, more alert, and more vibrant than I have felt before taking the class. The challenges (even the none physical ones) of rest of the day after the class seem easier to overcome.
