I dont know why people rate this gym on how people use the machines. It does get a little too busy but those are the rush times. Huge space with tons of equipment and always updating machines. Highly recommended especially on off peak hours.
This is literally the biggest and busiest gym in the area. There are always a ton of people and plenty of personal trainers. I have actually been a member of this gym for 10 years now. However, at this point, I just want a gym that is close, convenient, and has fewer people. Although I only pay $25/month, I don't see myself wanting to go to such a busy gym anymore.
Rude Kids Club staff with ESL employees. Do not recommend.
I used this location for the first time on Thanksgiving. Despite being VERY BUSY the staff was exceptionally friendly and the locker room/showers were spotless. I'll use this one half the time because it's near my office and will see if classes, etc. are just as good as my home location.
Shooting hoops with the guys. Great. Pick up games. Comparatively good players all kinds play together. Clean games. Sometimes I do commentary. Say hi to Wiley he's a beast...
Okay gym. Used to be much nicer. Equipment is outdated for being a super Sport. And be careful because there is someone who gets in and cuts the locks in the women's locker room and steals your car and and cell phone and credit cards and doesn't waste any time charging the credit cards. Members should be aware that this happens

Only 1 I know of with a salt water Jacuzzi and pool. EXCELLENT.
Around 9:14am 8/11/18. Young guy male staff at the counter Looks glasses beard like a Hispanic like a discriminating called me "what up man" two times the others to "welcome" and when I left "hey man". Like a felt targeting me to harassing There isn't courtesy like a jerk but most of trainers are good manners here because they learned discipline
Around 9am 8/12/18. Wearing glasses young lady always working hard,
Probably one of the fittest commercial gyms I've been to. Lots of equipment that is kind of out dated but still better than most gyms. Would reccomend stopping by if in the area.

Good place for workout. A lot of screens in the air pools and sauna. And towel and huge parking lot
This gym has been a sanctuary for me. Recently an upsetting incident happened at this location but it was resolved due to the efforts of a great staff and management. A great place to get healthy.
24-Hour Fitness is one of the cheapest fitness chains in the United States it's convenient it's pretty much everywhere and you can work out if you're traveling and in a different location that's very convenient but this very specific location is always dirty half of the machines are most of the time broken and more importantly there are random issues like they have a kids club in kids club might be shut down with a short notice which is creating a lot of inconvenience. This is just not necessarily the best place to work out or enjoy a good workout

Convenient hour, big place with swimming pool. Free towels while working out.
On Monday Zumba class ends at 9:00pm and kids club ends at 8:45pm. Had to come out with my heart rate super high to sign the kids out of kids club.
I talked to a girl at the front desk not very helpful at all even quite rude. I told her about the issue and she said that she couldn't do anything about it. That's that's the way it is.
I would think you guys know that you need to cool down before you come out of a class.
I don't think that I should have to accommodate to your schedule. You should move around classes to accommodate us, your customers. Or extend Kids Club hours. And teach your employees some customer service. I should just cancel my memberships. I have three memberships and two kids in Kid Club, but whatever seems like you just don't care.

Not built to scale with the population. If you lift at peak hours you will be behind 1 to 2 people who have dibs on the equipment you need. Its a struggle to string together a high intensity workout. If I lived here I would consider other gyms. Non peak is still very busy.
Pretty clean inside but a lot of equipment down during my visits.

My only complaint is basketball gym. Now correct me if I'm wrong but in thought gym was suppose to be positive place but almost every week I play there's arguing ,fighting and talking down to each other. I left the parks hoping this would be better but not so much. I've had it with negative energy. They also should bring back the sign in sheet because everytime when its busy most people never get a chance to play .this gym needs a better system its very pathetic.
Company is a joke. They want you to join, then not come.... That's their success plan. Get as many to join, regardless whether your life gets changed. Team members appreciation, they give a supposed friends and family discount. But, anyone can get the same pricing anytime online. Managers, your ability to con people out of money is your desired experience. Get that down and you will be a rock star for them......until you don't hit your goals... Then it's so long sucker....
I like this Super Sport for a lot of reasons.
1) Outdoor pool, always a plus for me
2) Decent sized lockers and locker room, not huge, but better than some
3) Nicely laid out and a single story; stairs and my old knees don't get along well
4) Easy plentiful parking
5) Easy to get to and away from, the freeway and Jamboree are right there.
Parking is great and workout facilities are good. Bathrooms are typically filthy. Often no toilet paper and soap. One pays for towels, but sadly they habitually run out.
This is a poorly run facility compared to other locations.
It's my fave. They have towels. They also have a super cool water slide for the Little's during the summer months.
Convenient numerous locations a big plus. Tend to get extremely crowded however, I try to avoid during peak hours. I have more success at LA Fitness.
I signed up for monthly but shows up as yearly (after 3 months I was trying to cancel). The salesman to whom I showed my company badge has quit. And I signed everything electronically. Be very careful !
The place provides towels but facility is dirty. I have tried to use the StairMaster and out of 6 or 7 that are there, 2 or 3 are broke almost always. There are real unhygienic people (guests who use facility) who do not wipe. There was this guy who was profusely sweating on the StairMaster and I was next to this guest. He had a towel but did not use. Every time his sweat came towards his mouth he spit it out. And the whole stairs was wet with his sweat. Many guests do not wipe or clean the equipment and there is nobody to enforce, nor there is a 24 hr fitness person going around and wiping the equipment clean. I tried to quit after this experience but "24 hr fitness" would not let me. GM and manager never bothered to call me. I called the 800 number to find out that I was on a one year contract! Overall this place "sweats" but people refuse to clean up after they use equipment (not just stair master, other equipment also) and customer service is not up to the mark.
I have told them about a locker that has had a lock on it for 2 months and all 10 people said they would look at it and take it off as that is there policy. 2 months later.. No one kept their word. Lock still there... Otherwise I love this place.
