Closed by from house, pretty convenient eventho it is a small club. But they have a lot of classes.

Don't come on a Sunday after 3:30pm!
Only 1 - 24 hr rep here.
Been working on a sale for membership occupied with a a group of 6 potencial members. Seems to ignore those who are already members! Ignoring the front desk completely!
15 minutes has passed
Several more of us waiting now! Still no acknowledgement of my request!

It has a good amount of equipment but everything is severely rusted and abused. Additionally, the AC sucks and a lot of the cardio equipment hardly works.

Warning!!!!! Don't go to use shower esp if disabled. Womens bathroom is disgusting.
4 showers.......zero work.
1st was yellow taped off out of order. 2nd knob did not turn on water. 3rd had a clogged drain, black water came back up. 4th handicapped shower was scalding hot (zero cold water). Knobs and walls are full of black colored mold. Someone is going to get an infection or burned.
I am so dissappointed with this gyms cleanliness. They should just close the showers.

I always see the Lady manager picking up random pieces of clutter while being in a positive attitude, you can tell she is a great leader because I always see her staff with a smile. This gym is not your gym that has every single piece of equipment, it's not new equipment but it does not differ than what is newly available in the market but u love how it makes this one unique. I always recommend scheduling with one of their awesome personal trainor's as I have in the past to get an idea of how to properly do an effective workout. I think I should schedule a session with one as my back has been hurting again from not working out properly.

Every time I go in to this 24 there is the most disgusting smell of everyone's nasty B O. The bathrooms are gross and usually broken. Smells even worse in bathroom.

its an old gym... lots of things are missing or broken and the AC is bad.... but this is the only 24 hour locations that has good classes! the only problem and its a big one.. the classes are too full so its hard to move. also another big problem that every time i go there it take me about 10 min to find a parking spot.

This 24 is actually open 24 hours a day. It's a great gym for the basics and they have plenty of good teachers in their fitness class. I tend to go early in the morning at around 5am. The traffic is light and you can roll through a full workout in under 45 min.

Of all of the 24 hour gyms I've been too this is one of the worst ones. The dumbbells are so worn down the knurling is non existent. Many of the plates are chipped and worn down as well.

I got my 24 hour fitness membership when I moved to Irvine. After a while my wife joined the club. We loved the club It was very close to our home, and we could go there even in the middle of the night. My wife had her preferences I had mine.
But at some point I had to cancel our accounts. I went to the club and canceled our accounts.
After 6 or 7 months I've noticed that 24 hour fitness still keep charging me for my wife's account. I called to "dispute resolution center" and after long conversation with representative I've got 1 month money back.
After a month or two I went back to this club and discussed this issue again with new staff members. I was very surprised that new team resolved my problem and refunded the money.
If you want to keep healthy live style I will recommend 24 hour fitness.

The staff is so nice to help me freeze my membership because I moved to a location with a home gym! The other 24 hr location in Anaheim refused to do the same for me. I truly appreciate honest and helpful people, thank you!

Bog of Eternal Stench or Fitness Club? Petri dish of bodily fluids or Gym? It's hard to tell at this 24-hour location.
Not to mention they let members slam weights during dead lifts which is beyond annoying, especially in a small gym.

The employees there are very rude. They barely greet everyone and always has a dirty look on their faces. It seems like they only greet a selected few, and I know this after observing their behavior at the front counter. They really need to get rid of the "too cool for school" kids and find ones that are actually respectful and knows how to provide proper customer service.

Trash location. I've been a hand full of times to this location. Recently had to go here because the other 24 I go to is closed due to the fire. Anyway this location is dirty and never have any paper towels or spray to clean up. Also a lot of the equipment is trash and all the benches are to close together. Only upside dumbbells go up to 125.
