TOTALLY FREAKING AWESOME- I had a Classpass membership and had booked a Friday class , not only did this studio bend over backwards to help me, but I attended their next morning class which was lit by candle light and had great acoustic guitar sounds, but it was a really nice entry to my day- All levels were there and the class was a nice warmup and had challenges in each pose.... more

Had a great time tonight working my body and mind at TRX Yoga Remix. The TRX workout was challenging but gentle on my joints. The yoga flow set to the upbeat music provided the perfect warm up to prepare our bodies for the workout that followed.... more

This is one of the best yoga studios, and in general one of the best places to go in OC. The community is very strong here. You will feel welcomed and loved here. They offer many styles of yoga and different levels, including non heated classes.... more

Great facility. The owners are awesome! I highly recommend Bikram Hot Yoga HB. The virtual classes and online fitness library are a tremendous resource for staying mobile and active during the quarantine.... more
