This is one of the best yoga studios, and in general one of the best places to go in OC. The community is very strong here. You will feel welcomed and loved here. They offer many styles of yoga and different levels, including non heated classes. They also have extra mats, towels, drinks, blocks, etc., if you need. Every time I come in I leave feeling better in every way. I plan to stay at this studio as long as possible
I love all the staff and the fact that most of them have been there forever. I like how they walk around and correct our poses and how they tell us what should be grounded to the floor like our heels or weight in our big toe because it helps with balance. Even floor postures we are told when our shoulders should be on the floor or our knees together. The studio is always super clean. Also love the schedule. I would highly recommend going to Yoga Tribe! I've been a member for years!
The employees are very nice and welcoming. The studio is always clean. The teachers of the classes are extremely informative and helpful when it comes to learning the correct forms of the poses. They are always willing to answer any questions we have! I love this place! I have reccomended this place to many people and will always continue to do so. The BEST hot yoga studio in OC!!

Your instructors truly are dedicated to their craft. The music is excellent, and the instruments played in class create a unique experience that adds so much to our practice. Yoga Tribe is a warm, welcoming community that has become an important physical, spiritual, and social part of my life. I am truly grateful to be a member!!
