Went on 12-28 (Saturday), for the as advertised
9:AM Zumba Class. The class is NOT a normal high intensity Zumba Class. It should be
labeled as a low intensity Zumba Gold class.
For those of you who are fit; I suggest you use the 24 hour Super Sport facility close by on the same st., or use a cardio machine such as
a Stairmaster at this location. The following
Monday, 12-30; I went to the 8:30 AM Zumba
Class a half mile away at LA Fitness & it was
great! Captain Arnie, Durham Raleigh, N.C.
This is the closest 24 hour gym to me, but it's not 24 hours????? Which is what I need. Staff is awesome!

Pretty basic. Staff is nice. And it isn't 24 hours btw. Opens at 5 a.m.
Was a member of this gym for almost 10 years, recently move to Crunch Gym. I stayed so long because there many people there that I liked and the staff is actually very friendly. However this facility is small, the equipment is very old and outdated and often broken. The gym itself is very dirty, particularly the men's bathroom that doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years. I am not a clean freak by any means, but the men's bathroom facilities are disgusting and smell like a public urinal. The ceiling has water spots all over the place, the walls are old and have stains all over them. When equipment breaks at 24 Hour Fitness, it's usually out-of-service service for weeks. I've been at Crunch now for a month, and I have yet to see a broken machine.

i really like this gym cause the staff is always really nice and there are never many people there so there's almost never a wait for the machine you want to use. The place over all is very clean and well managed.
