Place is alright, but it is extremely over priced and they try to juice every penny out of you. Due to prices, I had to go else where and tried cancelling my account a few months back. The clerk talked me into freezing my account instead of cancelling it just in case I decided to come back. I knew eventually I would because I preferred the equipment and community here. Come to find out they still charge the annual fee and there is nothing they are going to do about it even though I called their support line 2 days after the charge went through on my card. Just go to crunch, it's like $11 bucks a month for 1 club or $22 for all clubs AND you get to bring in a friend whenever you want. I paid for a membership at 24 hour for like 4 or 5 years but at this point I feel like they basically stole my $45 from me so I will not be coming back as I had planned. Do not do business with 24 hour.
They are (1) flexible, (2) equipped, and (3) friendly.
1. Flexible. I am from out of town and was looking for a gym to go to while on vacation in the area. Most places were trying to figure out how to either get me into a gym contract, which are usually difficult to escape, or just couldn't comprehend giving me temporary access to their gym in exchange for a reasonable amount of money. Victoria, one of the people at this gym, heard my situation and figured out an awesome solution. Ask her for help if you ever need anything. She came up with an awesome solution, not only for me, but for ten other people I was out here on vacation with.
2. Equipped. There was one other gym in town that was a candidate for being the gym that I, and my group, would go to. The other gym didn't have hardly any equipment. Not only did this place have everything I would have used at my home-town gym to not skip a beat in exercising, but I was even able to break some personal records while here. That was more than I had ever expected to find in a gym while on vacation. The gym is set up well. There were a few machines that needed the screws tightened, but nothing major enough to warrant anything less than five stars on this review.
3. Friendly. Something that ruled out lots of gyms in the area were the typical gym-bro dorks who would answer the phones. I find that thin facade of a persona repulsive, so I veered away from lots of other gyms in the area for that reason. Not only was this gym not "cultured" that way, but the people were even normal and jokey. Not like I'm going to be interacting with anyone much while I'm exercising, but if I'm evaluating a gym, its staff is probably one of the few things, besides equipment and facilities, that the gym could be evaluated on. They get a 5 in this area.
I came home stronger than I left, this gym was an ideal fit for a gym for me while in the area, and there wasn't anything I would have wanted more from a gym. This gym was actually my pricier, splurge gym in my list of options, but Victoria figured out a way to make things work. This gym was a solid choice.
Most times, this place is fine. Parking can be tight at peak times, but OK at others. However, on Jan 4, 2020, it was filled with very loud music, and assorted vendors promoting their wares. Sounded like I had walked into a friggin' disco. I come here for exercise and to clear my head with good music. Not possible in this environment. I hope this won't last very long.
Excellent location! Always clean, feel at ease, no intimidating or archaic machines, and plenty of equipment. I have yet to feel anything but an endorphin rush here! Staff is respectful, keeps facility clean, safe and inviting!Locker-rooms are set up in a well thought out fashion, and quite neat and clean.
This gym would be a lot better if they would work out a couple small issues
1. There are no central racks for weights (except the bumper plates), which means that any time you want a 5 or 10lb plate you have to go hunting across every machine in the gym between sets and people will steal the weights from your bench or machine while you are still using it.
2. They have one set of clips left apparently. This is blamed on members stealing them, but rather than buy more or add a security tag to them with an alarm or something at the door, they will just tell you why they are so low on clips every time you go in. Apparently this is a problem that only affects this particular gym out of all the public gyms I have been to in my life. The clips aren't for fun, they're a piece of safety equipment. Just make sure you never get even slightly off balance during a heavy squat or overhead press here and you will be totally safe.
3. No chalk allowed, which means again that this gym would rather compromise your safety and strength than put in a little bit of extra effort to have to clean the floors.

Just joined a few months ago and the staff is exemplary, with one festering exception -JEREMY BRUCE. My family are recent members and have received personal training with a fabulous and patient trainer, Jason. However, Jeremy finds a way to cloud and rain on our frequent visits to the gym. Jeremy Bruce took over the nearly-empty space I was using and snarled, "This area is for trainers only, so..." (it isn't and the area was empty.) I was there first and there were two more machines he could've used. He continued to assert, "What's your problem?" as I was slack-jawed by his treatment. He has rolled his eyes when my family members have asked him a question on different occasions. To sum up, there are many friendly and helpful and funny trainers. Steer clear of Jeremy Bruce; he's unkind and prickly, to say the least and makes it clear that others are beneath him.

Rude and unprofessional staff but even more so. The property manager is a complete psycho moron. He was out there being rude to people parking for the gym but in the meantime he had one of Jerry's Kids homeless in a van putting in a transmission in his van in the parking lot. You can't make this stuff up
Love the energy and training sessions. Alex pushes me past what I thought I could do without hurting me. My
Outlook is great to go back each time
Impossible to park here near peak times. It's worse than parking at the beach.
Clean gym well laid out. The people who work there are welcoming and friendly.
The facility is very nice with a great staff. Though for a super-sport level gym, it's disappointing that they don't offer any towel services unlike the other super-sports nearby.

Gym is dirty and not kept up. They need to have the pro shop open 24 hours like the gym.
Clean and new. Just moved and am here for the 1st time. I like this gym.
nicer than the old HB facility but was disappointed that they label it as a Super Sport and do not have towels for their guests. Being that this new location suffers from lack of parking and their is no added benefits like having a basketball court. I assumed towel service would be standard as they were at all the other SS locations I have visited both here in CA as well as in other States.
Nice brand new gym with brand new equipment = awesome. Do get crowded towards the end of the day. Love the sauna and steam room too.
Pissed they took away the active on main Street to open this super sport I can't use. Turf CrossFit like circut area makes it a super. Well I'll save the extra $40 in addition to what I'm currently paying.
I workout at several 24's all over So-Cal with my job that I could write a survey. (Redondo/Torrance- sucks big-time). This one is impressive.
Great new facility that's kept very clean. I like the addition of the pool. The showers are roomy and the staff is extremely friendly.
Visiting family in town from NC and Equinox, which is closer to their house, doesn't allow guests. $60 for a week at a nice gym isn't a bad deal. Unlike many of the other reviews, the guy who helped me (Corey, I think), was extremely helpful and courteous, even to the point of asking for my employer and insurance company to see if there were any partnerships. Probably one of the better laid out and equipped gyms I've been to, and it's new and clean on top of that.
