This is a great noncompetitive gym for beginning and intermediate gymnasts. Advanced students will need a more competitive gym, but beginners and advanced beginners will get more individual attention from a professional in a safe environment with more positive support than at other local gymnastics centers.... more

I worked out 20 times in six weeks and stuck to the diet about 99% of the time-- and lost 21 lbs!!! My review is for Joya Yoga Livermore studio. By far my favorite bikram yoga studio. I always have favorite teachers, but in Joya Yoga everybody is my favorite. I believe they have a good process to select the best! This studio has such good energy and vibe and its an amazing way to be healthy in a fun way.... more

In my 12 years of being at different guns 5x/ week, this is easily the cleanest gym I've been too. It's not as busy as most other gyms, which makes it a lot easier to get in and out without any frustration.... more
