I've changed so much since I started training here, and it's all thanks to Akua! All the trainers here are super encouraging. It's a small gym but it has all the equipment you could need.... more
Big facility, extremely affordable...$ 10 bucks per month, they charge 1 membership fee anually... I think its, like $ 40 bucks. Except for a few machines, the equipment is old. Great local place to augment memberships like 24 hour fitness or Golds, blah blah, gymheads no what's up!!.... more
