It's a good place to go workout. The equipment is well maintained and the facilities are clean. There are paper wipes you use to wipe down the equipment after using for the next person. Members tend to be friendly or keep to themselves. Of course, there's always some inconsideration going on with newbies who make a workout on the same equipment for 30 minutes or simply block access or create a safety hazard to the equipment you want to use.

This is the only 24-hour gym in Gilroy that I know of. It's a smaller gym but it has most of the equipment and machines that I want to use. I usually go late, like 12am, there's never too many people and it it doesn't have that creepy gym vibe that some places have....you know where everyone stares at each other. It's a clean facility with several private showers. No lockers is a con but they have cubbies for you to put your things which are always in view of cameras. They have two workout rooms where you can play "classes" on a big screen and work out with friends or solo.
My biggest complaint is that I can never seem to get ahold of someone on the phone. I've called a dozen times to inquire about adding a family member or to ask about boxing equipment but I just get their voicemail which they don't seem to check because nobody has called me back. Staffing hours end in the evening so I don't understand why nobody has the time to answer the phone or to call me back. I understand they likely don't staff many people and those people are probably busy signing up new members, but they should be taking care of existing members. I understand that cooperations focus on increasing member count but as a paying member I feel like I no longer matter and that I was just another "sale".
Overall a good gym for what it's worth, but the customer service is not good. I will continue to go here unless another 24-hour gym opens.

I love this place! The machines I use are always available when I go workout and never crowded at the times I visit.

The gym is kept nice and clean, the equipment is well-maintained, are there are a variety of machines and free weights to choose from. The folks that go here all practice good gym etiquette, too- you actually do see everyone else wipe down the equipment after they're done, and re-rack the weights. I work odd hours, and it's great to know that they'll always be open for whenever I can stop by. I'm really happy with this location.
The only two knocks against it are 1. no lockable cubbyholes/lockers. I know this is a design choice, but I'd be a lot happier if I could stow my phone/wallet along with my gym bag and just need to carry a key in my pocket instead of everything. 2. no bike racks out front. Parking in front of Nob Hill can get a bit tight during the busy hours, and being able to bike to/from the gym is a great warm up/cool down. The gym itself still gets 5 stars, but these two improvements would make it that much better.

Bring noice cancelling headphones unless you want to hear horrible workout music. 5/5 if you like lifting to Disney princess and love songs though. I'll update review if owners listen to requests from multiple members now regarding the music.

Great gym, pricier but feels private. So worth it if you are serious about your workouts and sick of the crowds at cheaper gyms.

Love this gym! I started going for a few months now. I only pay $36 a month for gym access and could bring a plus one during staffed hours. They offer free programs to members taught by trainer. I do meet with a trainer for an additional charge. Sylwia is very nice and cares a lot about my health. She taught me how to use all the machines and equipment so I can customize routine every time I go. She even wrote me up a diet plan (just sticking to it is the hard part).

I also had some issues with my account so I called the Gilroy branch and spoke with Brad, the District Manager. I was expecting this to be a lot more difficult to resolve but Brad did a great job at providing customer service even when I was upset about what was going on. He was extremely kind and patient and got my issues resolved very quickly. Once I move back to town I will definitely be rejoining this gym due to Brads help. Anytime Fitness is very lucky to have such a curteous staff member and I hope he will be recognized for providing such outstanding service. Thank you.

I visited this location because I was very interested in joining. I was immediately asked if I was a member (instead of "Can I help you?") and was told to come back later. I asked for information about membership but was told again to come back later. This is very poor customer service. I did not feel I was treated well and will NOT join this gym.

I have been a member for four years, Brad is very friendly. It is extremely clean. There is a short trainer who is not very friendly at all he never says anything, not even a hello nod.

I love this gym. The trainers and staff are the best. They always help me with anything I need and they are all so nice. Never had a problem here. The best gym by far. If I could add more stars to this review I would!

This gym is by far the best ! I've been a member for 2years and I couldn't be more pleased . Its always clean and the staff and trainers are friendly and always willing to answer any questions or show you how to use the machines . Especially Brad the manager , always giving me great advise and being supportive with my weight loss journey . Defiantly one of my favorite persons ! Thank you Brad for helping me with my HIIT class . If I can give this gym more stars if would be off the chart . I'm proud to say I've lost 80lbs in the 2yrs I have been a member . Best gym in town !

It's a small, but well appointed gym. I've only been to two different chain locations, and they both were clean, uncrowded, and stocked with good equipment in perfect condition. If it had an outdoor pool it would definitely get the fifth star.
