My grandma and mom both had Alzheimers, and all the books I read recommend two resistance training sessions and 150 minutes of moderate activity per week. So, three months ago, I made the difficult decision to force myself to do resistance training. I love walking, but I hated going to the gym, until I met Leif.
He hardly repeats a workout. He is very attentive and demands the best form I am capable of delivering. He adapts to my needs and is so patient. I can already feel my muscles getting stronger! I am so pleased with the experience and with the results, and hiring Leif is the best decision I made for both my physical and mental health and well-being.
