The overwhelming odor of mold in the locker room is absolutely disgusting. I doubt this area has ever been properly cleaned with bleach.

It is an OK gym. Like many said i hope they can clean up the equipments more often. It's the pure convenience reason for me.

My mom and I go here pretty often and we haven't run into any problems. The staff here is nice and the equipment is very nice and clean. We haven't used all the equipment but so far it's been great.

Lockers are dirty...customers have no respect to keep it clean..its a place of business ..not there homes! Its not fair that the cleaning staff have to put up with that...

Old, not as clean as it could be and the machines always need repairs. Look somewhere else.

On 1/23/18 at 7:35pm, l ask the guy at the counter to change channel, he said yes. Never came, but non stop talking with two female staff. Came back at 7:56pm, ask again, reply the game I ask is not playing. I said it is and it was. They don't want to walk? They don't care.

Worst Gym I have been ever!!!! I will give 0 star if I can. We waited for over 1 hour to talk to the sale representative already in club on AutoMall, and decided to try free three days passes first due to their inefficiency customer service. Today when my wife and mother in law went to the club on Paseo, they still required them to talk to the sale representative about the membership before they can use their facilities. This caused they cannot try the Yoga class there. This is not about money. This is about customer satisfaction. Now, my whole family feel so uncomfortable to workout in this gym.

Today I visited this place, a guy from the staff acted very rude. Behaving very badly with non-native people. we are paying money for the service, but still behaving badly. it is not tolerable thing.

I came here only for the yoga teacher Smile. She is amazing.

This used to be "my" gym. The newer members are slobs, however, in their defense the floors look they haven't been vacuumed in a week, the widow sills are caked with dirt and dusting is sorely needed!!!

Other than people don't pick up after themselves its a nice gym
