Nice gym well kept. Has tons of machines for working out with and isn't always crowded.. The only thing I can say that wasn't great was the kinda cold reception I got the first and only time I have visited so it could have been just a bad day so might revise this review.
This is the worst 24hour fitness I have ever been to. I have been a member for 3 years and have gone to many supersports. Here they sacrifiice good equipment and instead use the space for a basketball court. there are many facilities for basketball throughout cities this is a jib and should be focused on building the body and providing more equipment to do this not dedicating space for people running around not doing resistance training...
The clientele is also kind of ghetto San Jose has much better 24 hour fitness so does Marin county and San Francisco.
If building your body is a goal stay away from this 24-Hour fitness the clientele is not friendly either.
Clean bathroom and their machines were working. The place was organized and well-kept. People were okay but better keep an eye on your valuables.
I have been working out here for more than one year.
Overall, the facilities are new compared to the Gym at Automall.
The free towel service has been terminated since 2019. So you need to bring or buy a new towel.
The security guy is hanging around in the parking lot and window smashing is not severe here, but sometimes.
Parking is also not too hard.
I've been using it for over 4 months as of this writing. Men's locker room smells like sewer since day one, due to KNOWN drainage problem. The General Manager doesn't answer emails and is unavailable in person. Training manager provides strange "reasons" and unfulfilled promises to fix the stink. Shower stalls are dirty, full with hair. Staff doesn't clean them often enough and doesn't have the right equipment to remove the hair efficiently. 2nd floor becomes easily crowded. The music is horrific, both in volume and choice. Some staff members are friendly, others should not have customer contact at all.
The positive: swimming pool is usually very clean and seldom crowded. Most of the equipment works as expected. Towels are clean and plenty.
Other alternatives exist in the area: either another 24 facility, or other fitness providers.

Great gym with the latest equipment wether you want an aerobic or heavy weight lifting exercise. Nice sauna and steam room. Newer locker room facilities. Pool and basketball courts. Plenty of parking with a rolling security.

They need to restock supplies better, and if you want a good workout this gym in not for you. It feels more like a social gym. No variety on equipment. Hoist must be there discount equipment but i think Hoist is bad for your back. Front desk folks are just talking or flirting. Better one is Fremont Blvd or paseo Padre. This is a Super Sport but they really short change there equipment.

The gym sucks .. always out of toilet paper ..
Tell boy at front desk ..get a bad attitude..
No one knows how to rerack the wieghts
To many sitting on a machine playing with their phones ...
Really nice facility, very new feeling and up to date. Great equipment, good space. Studios are really nice. Loved the virtual options!
Manerless staff....could have talked in a polite way....instead of finding a solution sughest me to look for other gym.
I took a 3 day pass and went to this place at 6 am. They did not let me in by saying that if I have a day pass I need to come back after 7:30 am.
Who does this and how rude to send back . God knows how does it matter. Will never go to this fitness center
The pool and sauna are clean and well mantained. I always see a lady cleaning that area every time I'm there. The locker rooms are well maintained too. The staff is nice. The classrooms are just small and the upstairs area gets crowded.
One of the better Super Sports I've ever been to in Northern California, and definitely better than the one in Fremont. This full court basketball court is top notch, and there is plenty of space for the Olympic Lifting platforms.
First time in a new club but cramped lockers parking is limited to cars and shortage of free weight equipment like barbells. The mall probably won't help draw new members. Otherwise new weights and benches are dam nice and feel safer.
The gym is nice which should be expected because of how new it is. They could use a couple more options when it comes to the machines. The negative of the gym is their limited child care hours. If they would adopt the hours that the Whipple location has, that would help out a lot.
I like that this location has pretty much everything I'd ever want, but I don't like that there aren't enough power racks. The Olympic power racks don't have mirrors either, they have windows. No one wants to see outside, everyone wants to watch their form. I don't like that the weights are upstairs, but that's OK I suppose. The dumbbells are laid out better than at the other SuperSport I frequent in San Jose on Crane Ct. I like that there is a water bottle refill station next to the water fountains. There is plenty of parking, and it's easy to ride my bike there. I wish there were more bike racks to lock my bike. I have not tried the classes and if there is a basketball court like the other SuperSport locations, I haven't seen it. Everyone is mostly respectful, given the tight layout. I have not seen anyone "ghetto" as mentioned in someone else's review. There are plenty of machines for people that don't want to use free weights. There are more lockers than I expected.
Starting going to this gym after being a member of the 24 active that was closed down across the street for 2 years. My membership was upgraded without cost, but I don't know how long that will last for. I think a comparison between the old active is appropriate here. Something I loved about that gym was the huge amount of space. That's not the case at this gym, overall, it looks big, but is cramped. This gym, the supersport, has better ventilation and lighting which is great. Also, the customer service and cleanliness has changed for the better. I don't know how much others pay per month, but at my pricing this gym is fantastic. My one complaint is that they reused a lot of out dated equipment from the active...and I'm worried that I'm going to start having to pay for a super sport membership (if I do, I would probably cancel my membership).
It's new. I like the floor mat.
It's a little weird that all the flat benches and adjustable benches are occupied when all the Olympic bench presses are vacant.
I don't like the floor plan. The weight lifting area is on the second floor!!! When I take yoga class, there is always someone throwing the Olympic barbell on the floor, the whole building is shaking!
