My daughter has only been doing it for a couple of my months and she has improved on so many skills Focusing, discipline, self-control and much more this is just the beginning I can't wait for years to come. Thank you Sensei Ben and Melanie
The instructors are very friendly, very supportive and encouraging. My son is rather looking like Kung Fu Panda then Bruce Lee, but with every session, every drop of sweat he becomes stronger person physically and mentally, becoming more confident person, and he also has a lot of fun.
My son had been taking lessons here for a year, and he has gained so much from his lessons. Self control, physical confidence as well as martial arts knowledge. He loves working with his sensei and always looks forward to class. I recommend USSD!
My kids loves the classes here. Sensei Ben is very good with children. I've seen some of his older students train...looks like he's pretty good with adults too. All around, a great dojo to train and learn Karate.
Sensei at this studio is absolutely amazing! He has a gift of working with kids! My son (4 years old) can be very stubborn at times. Sensei Ben can change his negative state in the matter of minutes!!! He is also increasingly in bringing out their unique gifts and talents!

I have been training here for 2 years now and absolutely enjoy everything I have learned thus far. Sensei Ben is an amazing instructor and definitely recommend this studio anyone wanting to try out this discipline.
