When I'm visiting family here in town, my nephews take me here. Good little gym with good machines and weights. Clean and not stuffy.. Literally the worst gym I have ever been to, if you want to workout in a well rounded establishment I highly recommend going to Fit Republic, or literally anywhere but here.. Today I had the window of my car broken, lack of security and lights in the parking lot of this gym.... more
