Excellent, effective and safe workout in minimal time. The instructors are extremely attentive to the clients personal needs and injuries. I love it!

Love this weight training exercise. Been doing it for 9 years and won't stop. Had hip replacement surgery and was back doing leg presses 7 weeks later.

Best way to exercise - totally fatiguing your muscles in just 20 minutes. The trainers Tom and Winky are supportive, professional and smart about what you need. I feel stronger and look better thanks to them.
