The instructors are a true reflection of the owners- a most wonderful and caring couple. A beautiful yoga studio where you will meet a lot of good hearted people.

My favorite studio. Instructors are great. Times are convenient. Positive and inclusive place to practice. NOT heated. Parking isn't an issue.
The best yoga studio I have ever experienced! Positive vibe, super clean & plenty of space to practice. All the classes are lead by awesome instructors. I've taken most of them and my favorite yoga class of all time was Andy Totman's.....excellent flow & fantastic music! Try it once and you well see :)
