I don't know what I'd do without my regular exercise routine with pillar. I work a high-stress job, and the high-quality and challenging workouts are crucial to my overall health, not just my physical strength and stamina. Since training with the pillar staff doing both personal training and Pilates, I have lost over 20 pounds of body fat. I feel stronger than I have since college, and my posture is better than it has been in years. The atmosphere is much more inviting than the big gyms I've been in, and at pillar you feel like you are not just a number, but part of a team. I'll be working out with pillar for as long as they will put up with me.
