Friendly and very helpful staff. Love the personal service we get here. Plus having a key to use in all the machines is like having your own personal trainer. The computer tells us which areas of our body to work harder on and which ones we're putting lots of effort into. It's a good and complete workout. They have exercise videos we can use daily in addition to the machines. Just a fun, great place to work out and meet lots of people. Highly recommend!
