I love elk grove eastern ways, great way for me to get in shape, love the people friendly staff makes me feel part of the group, staff is very motivating encouraging supportive

I've been apart of this dojo for a little while mostly because of my brother part taking in the activities but I've participated in classes before. Even though the training is extensive and tiring I find it fun. Much better workout if done everyday, 4 days a week at least, as you get to do cardio, muscle, and simply aerobic workouts. If you have time definitely come join in on the fun!

I love coming here to practice tai chi. The instructors make it very easy to understand, breaking down the forms and movements clearly and with great detail and patience. I felt the health benefits of practicing it right away. The other students are super welcoming and it feels like a family now. So glad I took the plunge and tried it!

My son and I attend this school and it is a great place to learn martial arts. The instructors are serious about the art but have a sense of humor, too, and you're able to learn in a comfortable environment at whatever level of pressure you're comfortable with. We'd enthusiastically recommend this school to anyone interested in studying martial arts!
