Great for stretching on mays, with or without weights, and reforming machines.. I absolutely love this studio! I've never had an unsatisfying class. I've been going to the Cardio Sculpt class for a few weeks now and I've found that every class is different, it's not just the same routine.... more

Love this gym!! Clean, great classes, awesome instructors and trainers! I have never been a huge fan of his, but, I really enjoy my time at Crunch! Tasha and Kristina are great!! Love classes with Lauren, Kelly and Teresa!!! Head on over to Crunch on Jamacha and give it a try!!!.... more
